If Dallas beats Washington, it leaves Dal at 4-3 heading into the bye and securely in the NFC East hunt.

Front office can't be happy with the WR production. Do you think they add a WR in FA?

Teams with depth at WR-possible trade partners

NE- Phillip Dorsett/Kevin Hogan
LAC-Mike Williams/Tyrell Williams/Benjamin
MIA-Stills\Parker\Amendola
Raiders-Cooper\Nelson\Lafell\Bryant

Players who could help us: Hogan, Mike Williams, Stills, Cooper

Any one of them could step in and help.
But if we win, it means a WR or a few did something to help. So they will feel good about the WR's. So nothing will happen.

If we lose, this team again shows why it has a lot more issues than a WR. So do not waste draft picks at that point.
Really, many will be back on the GROG Get Rid of Garrett wagon, for those that jumped off after last week.

@Ranching is the trains engineer to take Jason out of the state of Texas. A big :clap:to him, just do it...GROG....:muttley:

lol Mike Williams from the chargers. I wish.

Dallas isn't going to get anyone of any significance. The best move is Dez. He's free and he can bring down a football.

Chris Hogan.

And one of the Chargers WRs would be great. They all show up though and SD has their best team in years.

Not going to get an impact WR, unless it comes at a high premium.

Which is ok. WR gets a lot of attention, but it hasn't really been the problem on offense so far. Protect Dak, and we're able to do the things we normally like to do on offense. Add a WR with one of the first two picks in the next draft.

Jerry has already made the mistake of trying to blend in a stud wr midseason. It didn't work and we paid a stiff price for Roy Williams. If we do anything at WR , it will be in the offseason.

Can someone name a WR trade midseason that went well?

One would think that after the "returns" the Cowboys received after trading for Joey Galloway and Roy Williams, the team's owner would have learned his lesson about giving up valuable assets for a wide receiver.

I'm not understanding your post.

1st. "WR gets a lot of attention but it hasnt been the problem" so you're saying that we shouldnt acquire a WR because it wont help/help much

2nd. Use one of our top two picks on a WR

Those don't seem to make sense together

They still have Noah Brown in the bullpen. He's recovered from injury and should begin practicing soon.

They don't need to another WR.. Geeze, they have enough already.. And, not hardly a one of them play a lot of snaps (Possibly Beasely).. Go with your solid 4 WR's ( Beasely,Gallup, Hurns & Thompson)and play football. Those four don't work out, then throw Brown when healthy in. Give these WR's a chance to get some confidence in the game. Instead of switching em around every 2 damn plays.

I would still be looking around for safety, LB or DB help.
