This time of the year is always pretty slow. So in order to speed up the offseason, I took a look at each team's five best players. Who do you think has the best core group? Should our group look differently?

Just a quick glance, but it looks like the Cowboys are the only team without a defensive player in their to 5. And probably rightfully so. Scandrick and Hardy would be the only ones I can think of who might be close to competing with the offensive 5.

Hopefully Sean Lee returns to form and stays healthy and Gregory and/or Lawrence live up to potential. I would love the top 5 to looks like this: Romo, Bryant, Tryon, Lee, Gregory

That was awesome - I loved it!

Tell you what - Buffalo is no joke. If they had a good to great quarterback they would be legitimate Super Bowl contenders in the AFC.

Hardy, Ro, Lee are all better football players than T.Beard.

I don't agree about Hardy or Ro. Ro needs to play more and keep his head on and then yes he would be. Hardy is similar. We will see how he bounces back. I'd put Lee in over TFred, even with the injury concerns.

This time next year we might have a couple of defensive guys on that list. If Hardy plays well and stays clean, he'll get a long-term deal with Dallas and would probably make the top 5. Sean Lee might make it, but I'd be a little scared to put him on there because of injuries. Gregory or even Lawrence could make it too.

Dallas has put together one hell of a roster. Just look at who they added this off season:

Greg Hardy
Randy Gregory
La'el Collins
Byron Jones

Any one of those guys could crack the top 5 players on the team at some point.

Now that is a great off-season.
