Dak..yeah. ..messed up. But where was our great defense? No turnovers, and when we did get one, refs didn't call it. Kicker missed a field goal. Defense needs to make a stop to give us a chance, nope. Arizona runs out the clock. Yeah, Dak sucked, but so did the whole team. McCarthy said they were treating this game as a playoff game. Looks like we are one and done if thats the case.

Dak wasn’t good, the defense wasn’t good, coaching wasn’t good. He missed throws, receivers dropped passes, kicker missed field goals and the coaching wasn’t great.

everyone sucked tbh. Defense was non existent for 3.5 quarters and when we needed a huge stop we didn’t get it

Well he's right about Schultz. I swear there have to be at least 5-6 plays a game on replays where a big defense play has happened because Schultz gets punked on a block. Great pass catcher. Awful blocker.

Most TE's are not great blockers. Everyone whined and moaned about Witten and he was a great blocker. Bottom line is that Dak has more talent around him than any QB in the NFL. He needs to win or suffer criticism for his poor play.

No...but when we convert a 3rd down...and it gets called back because of holding...that is a lot to overcome.

When we are trying to establish the run game....and the TE completely whiffs (AGAIN) on 1st down...and we lose 3 yards. And now we are in 2nd and 13...that is HARD for a QB to constantly overcome.

And the defensive coordinator completely SCHOOLED Kellen Moore. I get the QB gets the majority of the blame...because they get most of the praise....but Kellen Moore, the OL and the run game etc..were all bad today.

The common denominator is the QB. There are always other factors too.

Moore's play calling didn't help. Neither did Zeke's poor running. But Dak had plays to be made out there and failed to make them.
Somewhere in this, you failed to mention OL.

Oh no! Everything wasn’t perfect! Good thing we don’t pay Dak top Dollar so we can easily fix all of our minor issues that elite QBs overcome.
Some how yall still think a team with money can fix everything. Ask Dan Marino.

Dalton completely whiffing is on Dak. Tyron Smith completely getting blown by is on Dak?

Not those plays. But lets not forget the 4 balls he had batted down by the Cards DL. Lets not forget he had ONE measley TD drive of 23 yards in the first half. And lets not forget his fumble with the game on the line in the 4th quarter.

And as tom Brady comes back AGAIN, with his top wr out for year, his go to guy adorning off the field in the middle of the game, and down double digits in 4th quarter....yep, tom is great, dak........well, he's dak.
Dak is not Tom Brady. There is no denying that. But with 7 Super Bowls....who is? McCarthy is not Bill Bellicheck...so should we compare him to Bellicheck?

No doubt he was inaccurate at times. Of course there were some misreads. He seemed rattled on occasion.

But the ENTIRE offense was bad!!! Coaches, OL, RBs, WRs etc...

Dalton Schultz CANNOT block. People might like him because he catches and has yards. But when you have Cooper, Lamb and Gallup..and Zeke in the backfield...someone has to be open. And often it is Dalton Schultz. If he made tough catches....I could understand the love. But he makes routine catches because he is wide open. My point. He is not all that impressive. TEs in this offense need to be able to block to for the run game to work. And he could not block my grandmother (who is deceased by the way)....so I will not miss him.

Untimely holding calls. Lack of separation. Bad play calling. But more than anything....the inability to run the football. And this is not something that just started happening. When the playoffs start...Dak is NOT going to throw for 450 yards 4 straight games. We cannot run the football. And because of this...our ceiling is the divisional round.
Yeah but the receivers thing goes hand-in-hand with quarterback play. If your quarterback is having a bad day, more often than not so will the receivers.

I don’t know why we didn’t go after they’re back up corners especially with their starters out. Dak loves the middle of the field. He also got lucky two interceptions, one being an easy pick six, were dropped.

Marino played in a capless era. not relevent.

Its not about money. Every team has the same amount of money to spend on players. The game is won and lost on who each team CHOOSES to pay. Dallas never should have paid Zeke, Dak, or DLAW. Thats where your roster depth went and you can't win in the NFL paying your top 8 players 80% of the salary cap.

There’s a ton of blame to go around.

he’s a good qb, but only the rarest of the rare can put a team on its back and win the game when everything else sucks. That’s not him, never gonna be him. $40 million, well it’s the going rate, so was the $15 million per Zeke signed for. This Front Office has been derelict off duty for 25+ years. That ain’t changing either.

Other problems: they can’t block in the run game, they have no ability to adjust the scheme. 3rd and 7+, get ready for a punt cause every route is deep. No crossers, the check down is a back (21) that can’t make a soul miss.

defense? Exposed, at least when it faces a competent qb. See Carr, Derek or Murray, Kyler, the only competent qbs they’ve seen in 6 weeks.

Special Teams? another missed kick, critical fake punt allowed, which was PI even without the miracle catch.

Thing is this culture still allows for guys like Prescott, Coop, D-Law, to start talking about “special” and “going where they want to go” when just about nobody on the roster has accomplished anything of significance team wise. How about less talking, and more results?

If Dak was ever going to be elite it woulda been this year. He did not. He will have an Andy Dalton like career at best.

Any offense in the NFL is only as good as the QB - period. Dak is a sub-par QB who has benefitted from playing in a horrible division which basically gets him 6 games every year against bad opponents. Sorry but what you saw out there today is not what an elite QB looks like not even bloody close and it's laughable to think that Dak is a good QB let alone an elite one.
