Oh, so you are some spoiled brat that cannot take the good with the bad, huh?

You only want good stuff or you will close your eyes and hold your breath until mommy buys you that toy?

Again, we know who you are.

And again, if allowing you to call me a bad fan, or not a fan at all, helps get you through the day, then by all means continue. I can take it.

As far as being spoiled, yes, as a Cowboys fan I am. My first year as a fan was '91 when I was 6. I had witnessed 3 superbowl titles by the time I was 10 years old. I saw. I saw 12 playoff wins in my first 5 seasons as a fan. Now I havent seen one in 13 years. So yeah, I'm pretty ****ing pissed. I'm ****ing sick of losing.

How does giving up make it anyless painful to lose? I do think this team can turn it around and far from giving up I look at the season as 16 games with bumps along the way and in the end we will find out what our record is and where we stand.

I wish I knew what the final outcome would be but I can't see into the future if I could I give up my job and move to Vegas yet the nay sayers seem to know what this year holds and if wrong will start up with the I'll gladly eat crow non sense and jump right back on the wagon.

The guys is throwing around words like "coward". I don't know about you but any "pain" that is suffered from the loss of my favorite team is absolutely meaningless compared to real hardship.

I bet some of the folks on here who would be cowards in his eyes would run into a burning building to save a goldfish and some who are the BRAVE BELIEVERS would call 911 from a safe distance.

Nope ...... Romo was injured last year and was not able to make this team good enough to win.

Gutless and heartless would describe people who give up on a season before its over with.

Nobody said you had to do anything.

In my opinion negativity does no good during the season. This team has not been eliminated from anything. It needs and can certainly benefit from fan support.

If things go poorly for us these next two weeks, and we somehow get eliminated before our week 17 game.........
Then I'm all for showing up at Cowboys stadium and letting Mr Jones know how you feel.
Actually I think it would be best if only the most irrate 40,000 fans show up.

But we have seen this same song and dance before. Several times.

This team doesnt have the stomach to wins games like the one saturday night, or the one we will play against Philly in week 17. All the other team has to do is show up and we fold. I'm trying to not let myself be hopeful in December this year after the complete letdown that was the '08 season. I just can't take anymore of that. It's too damn painful and tiresome

You should probably try again with that or do some research.

Anyway.

Sorry if my sig offends you ..... since I did not direct it at you it must be a guilty conscience that is causing you to be offended.

Only a coward would feel that way.......:p:

Never argue with "my team right or wrong" extremists. They're so far down in the tank, there can't be any oxygen down there. Instead, keep your eye on the real problem with the team: the fans and the eeeeevil media.

well we know what you think since I think the Saints will beat us.

I think the Saints are playing the best ball in the league right now.

I also think Dallas can beat them.

I may be wrong ...... but I refuse to be scared to support my team just because the members of C.R.A.P. will come back with the "I told you so ..... "we" suck" remarks.

I'm gonna be watching wearing my D-Ware jersey tomorrow night. just cause I don't think they will win every game doesn't mean i'm "scared to support my team".

Must have hit a nerve.

There is a big difference in those who have lost faith in this team but continue to root and hope for it ...... and those who come to this board with the intention of making everyone else feel as bad as they do.

The members of C.R.A.P. go out of their way to bad mouth the Boys so if they lose they can say "told ya so!!!!"

You can tell by the reaction to the positive threads on this board.

Giving up before the season is over is the Cowards way ...... If the Cowboys lose every game for the rest of the season I will be wrong ..... but at least I will not be to scared to believe in, root for, and defend my team from the naysayers.

I will be wrong with a clear conscience ...... will you?

Blah blah talk talk blah blah blah

Talk is cheap.

How are you backing up your BELIEF to a point in which you are on high enough ground to call others cowards?

Funny how you chose to not quote that part which was THE POINT in my post.

Why is that?

Were you afraid to quote that because you know it's the truth?

Wouldn't that make you a coward?

Talk is cheap.

Put up or shut up.

Why do so many threads degrade into proclamations of bizarre ultimatums? Such as:

If you aren't ________ , ________ , and ________ , you aren't a true fan.

Or,

If you don't hold my views and opinions, you're a ________ .

Seriously, I don't get it. Theebs' original post had a nice underlying sentiment.

Bingo

So many want to point the finger at the fans and the media as the reason for a professional team's failures, when in fact the media and fans are simply responding negatively to the team's inherent deficiencies.

The fact that our team is so mentally soft that some fans are willing to point to nasty morning news articles and say they are to blame for this team's failures speaks volumes about where this franchise is.
