Believe

Tell me. What is it exactly that you are putting on the line with your proclamations of BELIEF.

In other words... if inspite of your proclamations of BELIEF the team loses how are you affected in a way that makes you braver then those who might HOPE but not necessarily BELIEVE.

Are you putting your house on the line? Anything of real significant value?

If not then you are no better then the hopers.

Put up or shut up.

Anyone else see the irony of all this huffing and puffing of BELIEVE with nothing to back it up?

Talk is cheap.

Thank you.

I hope the Cowboys win. They havent showed me anything to actually believe in anything. Maybe Besdies not winning a playoff game in 12 years. Or being inconsistant as hell and not winning in December.

I'll Root and hope for a victory but I will refuse to fill myself with a fake sense of belief or confidence.

The Cowboys need to step up and that's all there is to it. Nothing else matters.

I'll stay level headed...Win or lose.

You will eventually jump off a bridge if the Cowboys dont win or pump your chest if they do.

If you think that, then you don't know me.

I don't ***** and moan one way or the other, I just wait until the game is played and after it's over, win or lose, I move on to the next game. No big deal to me really...

But, one thing I can say, I will follow the team through thick or thin, and never lose hope or belief until the game is played.

That is why it's called a game.

So, again, you lose!

How does giving up make it anyless painful to lose? I do think this team can turn it around and far from giving up I look at the season as 16 games with bumps along the way and in the end we will find out what our record is and where we stand.

I wish I knew what the final outcome would be but I can't see into the future if I could I give up my job and move to Vegas yet the nay sayers seem to know what this year holds and if wrong will start up with the I'll gladly eat crow non sense and jump right back on the wagon.

You are the one who said you felt like a loser for believing in this team.
Dont we all just feel like winners after the last 12 years? It sure feels good doesnt it.

Contradiction at it's finest...

Nice way to have it both ways.

Again, you lose!

Must have hit a nerve.

There is a big difference in those who have lost faith in this team but continue to root and hope for it ...... and those who come to this board with the intention of making everyone else feel as bad as they do.

The members of C.R.A.P. go out of their way to bad mouth the Boys so if they lose they can say "told ya so!!!!"

You can tell by the reaction to the positive threads on this board.

Giving up before the season is over is the Cowards way ...... If the Cowboys lose every game for the rest of the season I will be wrong ..... but at least I will not be to scared to believe in, root for, and defend my team from the naysayers.

I will be wrong with a clear conscience ...... will you?

The only difference between you and me. IS that you say you believe and I say I HOPE.

End of story...

I lost my car on the giants game, went all in and lost my house on the SD game. I will bet you my new refrigerator box (I found in it the alley and am living in it) we will beat NO.

I believe!

Bye, bye...

Cowboys suck. They are losers!

Period!

I would not have felt any better if we had won a playoff game or two in that time period.

In fact the worst I ever felt after a season was in 1994.

I have enjoyed the good times in the last 12 years ..... I enjoyed watching Roy 31 play his first few years, I have enjoyed watching Witten and Ware become yearly Probowlers.

I have enjoyed the rise of Romo as one of the best QB's (in my unhumble opinion) in the game.

I will enjoy it more the next time we win a Championship because I can say I never gave up on this team.

Sorry if you disagree with all that.

Actually ...... I am not.

Am I the only one hoping for a Dallas victory just so I don't have to read anymore garbage from The 30 Yard Slant? Geez, someone buy that kid a hooker so he can loose that pent up frustration.

Lighten up, Francis.

Nope ...... Romo was injured last year and was not able to make this team good enough to win.

Gutless and heartless would describe people who give up on a season before its over with.
