We have a very gifted athlete right now, question will be if we can coach him up to starting status and how long will that take.

If you get lucky and can coach them up fast than you get return on investment.
If it takes the entire term of rook contract to get them showing, and you cant resign, than you just helped another team steal your investment.
Im hoping Bell can find a place on this roster quickly, probably teams, and then transition more into some packages.
