Which is what im afraid would happenI am not against playing him. I would just hate to ruin him behind a poor O line a la David Carr

You forgot about : Once we're leading by 39 points in the fourth quarter.ben DiNucci:
- only if Dalton is injured ....
- only if substanial blow outs with 5 minutes to go to hand off or dink dunk ,,,
- or a very strong maybe, final game of a tanked season
With zero rookie mini camps, no OTAs.....zero preseason,.. very limited training camp practice,.. i don't want to throw him into NFL wolves like that.
Go ahead and be a quitter. That’s obviously what you’re all about. No sweat off my ***.LOL
I have some property you may be interested in. Just PM your name and social security number.
No! Romo wasn’t ready for a few years. Let the guy develop. If the coaches see something that says he’s ready, fine, but let them decide. You don’t just throw a kid in the fire because you see a fire.
Dalton would be fine if he had any sort of Oline in front of him but as it stands no QB has a chance back there.I wouldnt rush things but DeNucci may end up getting a chance because Dalton could get hurt the way this oline is playing.
Wow!!! Dinucci has David Carr talent. Only in the Cowboys zone you could have someone compare a 7th round pick to the first pick in the draft. But back to the topic, this might be the only chance Dinucci can have to show that he belongs in the league. Who knows what would have happened to Dak if all those injuries did not happen to the quarterbacks in 2016 and we traded for Foles.I am not against playing him. DiNucci has everything to lose.
I bet he would disagree. This year is his best chance to get any live game action. Next year, he'll be lucky if he can get the QB2 job. FO will want someone with more experience.

Those 2 handoffs in garbage time were absolutely flawless.....
DiNucci has more moxie in his pinky finger than Dalton.Never saw him in college but how was he? Maybe I need to check out some videos on him?
I am just teasing you. But let’s get back to Dinucci. This could be the best chance he ever gets to show his worth. Believe me Dinucci wants the opportunity because he could solidly his position in the league.Relax. Whether Dinucci has Carr level talent is irrelevant. In fact, the fact that he probably doesn't is another reason why I am apprehensive to start him. Throwing Dinucci out there with a poor O line and poor coaching is doing him no favors.

What would be the point of getting DiNucci in, exactly?
We may not have a choice. Dalton is going to get hit quite a bit these next couple of games.
