That's right. ..i mean you're right.

I had such high hopes for that dude, too. Blazing freaking fast but a complete dud as a WR. Went to the Raiders right after us and officially completed his bust status.

I feel good. After reading these posts, I have not missed on any of these players listed . Some of them , I just never formed any opinion opinion on them one way or the other.

Waiting too long to stop listening to Mickey Spagnola. My life as a Cowboy fan is better without his horse manure commentary in it.

I thought Ryan Leaf was going to be better than Peyton Manning.

I think that was when I started realizing there is more to being a NFL QB than throwing the ball well.

My biggest mistake was betting way too much money on the Cowboys beating the 49ers in the 1994 NFC title game.

I basically lost what I won for betting way too much money on the Cowboys winning the 92 and 93 NFC title games.

When it comes to a player, pick, trade, etc. what is your biggest wiff?

I'll start. There was a time in 1990-91 where I thought Steve Walsh was going to be better than Troy. Oops. That was a bad one.

Don't feel bad. I thought Steve Pelluer was going to be better than Danny White. I was excited about the Ebenezer Ekuban pick. We're all wrong sometimes.

Unfortunately I can do you one better.

I wanted Dallas to draft TONY MANDARICH over Troy Aikman!

YIKES.

At least the cowboys traded Walsh for some draft picks. I believe one of those draft picks was Erik Williams.
Mandarich today is the #2 biggest draft bust only topped by Ryan Leaf.

One of my biggest was thinking Antonio Bryant was on his way to being the next great 88 for the Dallas Cowboys.

I thought Felix Jones was going to be a pretty good 1-2 punch with Barber for a lot of years.

There have been so many others. I guess that's part of what makes football so great.

I had high expectations for Antonio Bryant too. To this day I still think he had a load of talent. I just think he was too much of a punk to utilize it.

I thought it was going to be a TD!

I was celebrating a victory and thinking NFCCG!!!!!!

Shocked. Then in denial. Then mad. ..................................................Then depressed......

I am not sure I will ever get over it. Knowing now, that might have been Romos best chance....

we got robbed. And 99 percent of people watching that game, knows it.
