Or an owner who controls everything. Belechick has always been in charge of everything that matters. Think Jerry’s gonna stop being Jerry? And BB would be ok with that?
Agreed. If he accepts then Jerry gave him autonomy and that he would step back.

This IS happening- here’s why.

BB was a huge admirer of Tom Landry / Jerry would love to have him break the record for wins in Dallas.

That right there is 70% of the allure.

Plus JImmy Johnson & BB a very tight.

Unless Belichick is completely desperate to get back into coaching or for a last payday, I can't see him wanting to come here. I don't see him wanting to further tarnish his legacy, especially at his age, with this dumpster fire in need of a rebuild but saddled with Dak's contract and a Jones family run front office.

Of course I also don't think Jerry would even try to hire him and having to relinquish some control to a HC.

It would never happen, Jerry won't let anyone come in and show the world that he was the problem.

If Bill wants to come here... We know for a fact he must be senile.

There cannot be a worse choice than BB, it’s something I think JJ or SJ would do.

This team needs an influx of young coaches that have the drive and stamina needed to put in the hours to turn the team around, and to gain respect from players.
