It is possible. However, there is no way I feel Bill will be okay with Dak.
Years ago I thought it was possible that Belichick would like Dak. Top 10 QB. Good character. Hard worker. No personality problems.
Not after this dog of a half season + the new contract.

Or an owner who controls everything. Belechick has always been in charge of everything that matters. Think Jerry’s gonna stop being Jerry? And BB would be ok with that?
Conceivably Jerry could give up control to Belichick.
Getting old and running out of time, and it wouldn't be a shameful thing to give up control to Belichick. Unless Lombardi comes back, it's Belichick.

Belechek and Vrabel are what this team needs.......along with an infusion of talent.
They both have great qualities but are both defensive minded so it's redundant. However I'd find a spot in the organization for a football mind like Belichick

In addition to those guys I'd like to see a young forward thinking offensive minded coach here that doesn't have an offensive scheme from the early 2000's.

Exactly, which is where a Vrabel, Ben Johnson, or maybe even a Deion come in.

All teams that need a new HC will interview Johnson, but don't be surprised if Jerry doesn't because he "doesn't fit our culture or roster/scheme"..... just like he said about not going after Henry.

You know it's a possibility with our resident dunce.

And then Ben Johnson drops 50 on us? I could see that lol. I would watch for him to go to the Raiders, who we play next year. Him and Cam Ward in Vegas would be an interesting combo.

All the more reason, imo, I want to see Vrabel or Deion get a shot here if we don't get Johnson. I want us to be more physical.

We have tried offense lead team since for the past 15 years. Lets try being a dominant defense.

Bill Belichick's win-loss record without Tom Brady is 83-104, or a .449 winning percentage. This includes his time with the Cleveland Browns.
