Or an owner who controls everything. Belechick has always been in charge of everything that matters. Think Jerry’s gonna stop being Jerry? And BB would be ok with that?
I think Belichick knows that Jerry would lean on him for the decisions that he takes credit for, just like he did with Parcells. Now, Jerry is going to be Jerry, but Belichick would get the same kind of respect and authority that Jerry gave Parcells. Jerry will not give that to a young coach who has no skins on the wall.

I still want to hear the people who think this is possible explain which of BB or Jerry is changing within the scenario of them working together.

One is pissed over having to give up info, the other can’t wait.

You want an essentially castrated version of BB? What would be the point?

If it shuts up Jerry, then I’ll listen.

Belichick would have to be really desperate to sell out for the $$$ and come work with Jerry. But I think there's a good chance he is desperate.

If we had a team ready to win I wouldn’t mind but we need a lot of help in a lot of areas. But in the end, I wouldn’t oppose him coming.

Jerry is a narcissist, he won’t admit to being wrong, he won’t give up power as GM (at least not for long)….he cant help himself. Even though everyone looks at him as a bonehead, he thinks he’s right about things. I’ll be shocked if he signs BB AND allows him to do what he needs to do to correct this team.

I’m not a doctor.
It just seems several people are expecting a younger version of him to be here next year, even though there been talk about him looking worn down and slow before the injury. I guess not everyone subscribes to that, or will blame the OL for that. But there been instances where Dak is in the backfield and had time before the pass rush got there and just takes a sack.

Bills best days are behind. Man needs to go enjoy his life and his 24 year old girlfriend. We need a fresh young coach. New GM and a 2-3 year rebuilding plan. This team will be the worst in the league by the end of this season. Write that down. It’s rebuild time and it’s here now
