Bill MIA... again

Maybe he's talking to another Team about Next year like he did with the PAtriots....

I smell rotten TUNA.

He has a telephone and Jerry can call him if needed. He doesn't have to be at every meeting or press conference. Let the guy take some time off.

The NFL owners meeting is the one off-season event all the coaches are expected to attend. Among other things, they get together and take a group photo. Thanks to Bill's arrogance, one head will be missing. And if he's ducking these meetings to avoid TO questions--as you seem to imply--that makes him gutless too.

Group photos? Yes I could see the overall importance of this. As for addressing TO Bill has not been at any of the FA signing be it TO or Drew Bledsoe

OH NOES!!! NOT THE GROUP PHOTO!!!!!!

DAMN YOU BILL!!!!!!

No it makes him smart. The sooner the media finds something else to latch on to, the better. By not going he keeps any more fuel from being dumped on the fire.

Parcells did not attend last year or the year before. He only attended his first year as a courtesy to Jerruh.

Don't people remember Jerruh's PC last year when he was asked about it? He indicated that that's what Bill always does. (And he does--he rarely showed when he was with the Jets or Pats either.) He thinks it's a waste of time.

If you read the comments from the new HC of the Lions, he said he didn't want to be there either & was only there because Millen told him to.

And if he's there, he's supposed to do what exactly that will be such a benefit to the Cowboys? All the coaches do there this week is play golf & preen on "NFL Total Access."

Bill's just pissed that Jerry refused to sign Vinny Testaverde or Steve DeBerg to a 10 year, $80 billion deal this off-season.

Those who want to rip BP will find any stupid excuse to do so.

No, it's an indictment. It's totally unprofessional. It's his silence that fuels speculation. Even if he's lying through his teeth, he should release a written statement. Otherwise, we're entitled to think meddling Jerry is still pulling the strings.

AND as far as ROme and company are concerned, who gives a crap about what moronic uninformed losers like that have to say about anything?

If he misses the first day of training camp I will be pissed . If he misses a non mandatory meeting by the NFL to vote yea or na on the Roy Williams horse collar rule...SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO what !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, BB its what YOU think. And we could care less about THAT.

I see. So the 31 other coaches are crazy for attending, while Gilded Bill gets a pass. Gotcha.

No, it's the press that fuels speculation. If he comments on Owens the press would just find something else to speculate about. And it would all start over. Parcells has coached in New York. He knows how the press works..

Because 31 coaches jump off a cliff does that mean Bill should join them? :laugh2: This is more of a social affair where these guys sit around drinking, Bill attending or not attending is not a big deal one way or the other.

If your boss/employer asked you attend an important event, wouldn't you show up? You bet you would. Not Bill. He's above it all.

this same paper said the same thing last year. they said bill was done, and the he and jerry where having problems.n.y. papers that should tell you alot right there.also where does it say that every coach was there? seems to me it says all where invited, not that all attended. some coaches may actually have the option to attend or not but i bet 95% would tell you it's a waste of there valuable time.

Well, BB, show me where JJ told him to come. UNTILL then you are full of it.

Did Jerry ask him to show up? Bill is using this protion of the off-season to relax. After the draft things will start to heat up with rookie mini camps and vet camps and it will be back to the business of getting ready for the season.
