Bill Parcells on Mike & Mike... Cancelled

And Curtis Martin left the Patriots to join Parcells in New York because no one wanted him?

If you're going to deny that Parcells former players and coaches haven't flocked to rejoin him every chance they've gotten, you've taken such repeated blunt force trauma to the head that it's pointless to even continue the conversation.

I'm sure there's a handful of players out there that like playing under that style of coaching, but I guarantee you the other side of the spectrum carries a lot more weight.

Still waiting on those links.

What? You can't google? It took a second.

No its called when you say something then you back it up. You dont ask someone else to back it up. Dear god.

Ryan Young, Vinny Testaverde, Drew Bledsoe, Adrian Murrell.

The door swings both ways, careful that it doesn't get your fingers.

Well, it's kind of funny about Testeverde. People gave Parcells such a hard time because for playing Testeverde when Henson had "the future", and 3 years later Testerverde is still starting NFL games and Henson is trying to find a new sport to suck at. Even at 40 years old, Testeverde had a brighter NFL future than Henson.

If you've already googled it and found so many results to support your argument, why not back up your statement then? It only takes a second to copy and paste.

Testaverde's QB rating was 76 in 2004 with us. He sucked. We were at least hoping of developing someone who didn't suck.

LMAO, he started a handful of games last year because Carolina literally ran out of QBs. What team is he starting for now?

The otherside must be the Antonio Bryant/Terrell Owens/Derek Ross side. The choirboys that gets along famously with all their coaches?

I could easily give the link where Curtis Martin gave Parcells his MVP Trophy, because he considered Parcells the father he never had. But then you would just dismiss it and say he was just saying it for good PR, like you've accused Romo and Newman of being liars.

My opinions from that year have not changed one bit despite Testaverde playing on past his time here. He was a dinosaur that I am glad was gone in 2005. Good for the Jets and Patriots that they used him, but I don't care about the Jets or Patriots. Never have, never will.

That worked out well, a few years later when Parcells groomed a QB instead of Jones throwing every bright star he drafted to the wolves.

Why do you keep on bringing up Martin when he never played for the Cowboys and that was over 10 years ago?

Bravo for brining up stuff from over a decade ago.

Then we can discount what you said as an unsubstantiated assertion, boy.

Did his boy Testaverde suck or not? and yes Parcells does reserve credit for giving Romo his shot.

NFL Network just showed a clip of Parcells dropping f-bombs at Terrell Owens while he was headed for the sideline... but according to the Parcells lovesquad, he never did that...

Oh no! Not the f-bomb! What other hardships did Little T have to endure while collecting 8 million dollars from Jerry Jones?

NFL Head coaches swearing on the sidelines...this is brand new ground.

What do you think about this entire situation, Lawrence Taylor?

"I'm quite sure all that stuff changes when they hit the field," said L.T., who won two Super Bowls while playing for Parcells his entire career. "If you prove to him that you could play the game and be one of his guys he can count on every Sunday, you'll have no problems with him."
