Oh no. I doubt you would seek me out, why would you want to be punked again?

I must have amnesia. When was the first time?

I meant a sort of pathetic, obsessive, can't-beat-him-so-I'll-post-something-and-hope-he-don't-see-it sort of stalker....

There was no need to be sneaky. I posted it in a very popular thread. Get your eyes checked.

Dense is thinking I should have come to this website for any sort of help in this venture.

I have no clue what I was thinking.

You all carry on with your illusionary hopes.

bbgun, you are cool. And some of the rest of you.

The majority of you morons seriously do deserve JJ.

Just because everyone doesn't share your opinion doesn't mean you can't do what you want or get help from those that do. Personally, I could care less, but I'm certainly not throwing my money at it. I'll let those more infatuated with Jerry do that.

....but surely the thought must have crossed your mind that people may have had differing opinions as to the problems of this team, and how they should be handled. If not, then you deserve any ridicule you get...even if it's just from the "sheep", and clearly beneath your all knowing self.

If you really want to be effective, stop buying Cowboys merchandise and email DallasCowboys.com and let them know you're boycotting Cowboy merchandise until things change. Quit going to games and let Valley Ranch know that, too. While you're at it, quit patronizing the Cowboys' sponsors and let them know it - it doesn't do any good to be quiet about your boycott.

Gets great results and doesn't cost you anything. The key is enough people letting them know what they're doing and why.

There's not enough fans who really care. We can get blown out by a 2 win Rams team and we have thousands of fans lined up outside by the bus waiting to get autographs and pictures.

We haven't had a playoff win in over 12 years and we have plenty of fans who still think Jerry is a qualified GM that's only had a run of bad luck and are all too ready and willing to buy up anything he sells.

I'll blindly root for the team when they hit field regardless. But I won't be an enabler to one of the worse owner/GM's in the league.

since the trend is to bash jerry and try to make him go away, wouldn't anyone following that bit of fun be a "SHEEP" also?

go get your windmill dude, but quit acting so surprised most people don't think it will make a difference.

Giving this Billionaire your money will only encourage him to continue what he is doing but when he sees revenues decreasing every month, it will eventually get his attention.

Spread your boycott to other furums and encourage them to join you.

Exactly.

I have already put in place my own personal boycott.

This is exactly the kind of thinking that will have to take place for change to happen.

The billboard would just add heat to this *******.

I went to DCC yesterday to check it out. Lots of anti-Jerry threads, so to their credit, they're not censoring anything. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the forum, so I didn't bookmark it.

Huh? For decades, consumers have forced private US companies to modify their actions via boycotts, letter writing, and all sorts of external pressures. Again, all it takes is will.

bbugun I know you like playing Devils Advocate but I know you well enough to know you are just being a contrarian. You know this is stupid and has no chance of working lol

Yes companies have changed actions such as benifits, product quality etc

Which company owner fired himself because the public didnt like him

That wasn't the exact analogy I was making. I was talking about the sheer mountain they had to climb. Don't tell me we can't demote one man--a man who commands no armies or private police force--when unarmed civilians the world over have toppled brutal regimes or reshaped entire societies. It's not futile; you simply lack the will.
Hey, eventually, even Matt Millen got the boot!

Remember, no one's asking Jerry to sell the team or fire himself as "the owner." That would be an extremist position. I'm pretty sure we're all happy that he's a financial whiz who pours money back into the team or into a new stadium. Asking him to take a step back in one capacity (GM) is neither unreasonable nor farfetched. He sorta did it once when Bill was here, and he can do it again.

Funny how the DCC rails this board nonstop, yet comes here when it needs money.

This isn't "for" the DCC.

Some posters on our board are approaching multiple websites about this. We're just gaging interest, is all. It's more of a fan initiative and clearly there are many on this board who agree with the notion that putting pressure on Jerry is worthwhile.

You guys clearly have the highest volume, so that makes this board a prime place to ask. Is there something wrong with that?

Yes it is farfetched, you are asking the man who owns the team to fire himself.

He sorta did it? Not from what we have seen reported about overruling Parcells on picks, and signings
