So the Jets were 1-0 when we beat them. Yet many on here says it doesn’t count. Explain that. They were a winning team when they started play, so I believe yes it does.

But guys were around him.To a wide open guy.... Throw it high.... Ya ok.
5 TDs, and the winning TD.Lol hurts had 200 yards passing
The Cardinals beat us, they can beat the Eagles.Tie goes to them though which means Cowboys have to win out and then hope the Seahawks can also beat them because I think we can agree the Giants and Cardinals are not about to.
It definitely should count for us,but unfortunately,if I remember correctly the last team we beat with a winning record was the jets, they were1-0So why does it count for the Eagles but not for the Cowboys?
Niners will be a big challenge for them in season or playoffs. Their quarterback less NFC championship will be very different if it’s a rematchDon’t forget the dropped TD in the 1Q too.
Philthy still won. But eventually this stuff catches up and has a way of eventually evening out. Penalties, drops, etc. Will it be this season?? Next?? We shall see.
I really don't think people are understanding something here: the Eagles don't beat themselves, unlike almost every team they played this year. They had a stinker against the Jets, it happens. Hell, look who we lost to.Yes and this eagle team reminds me of last seasons Vikings team. Barely scraping by week after week until it caught up to them
How can anybody say Philadelphia is clutch and they just have that magic and they are the best team in football? When they lost to the Zach wilson jets, beat Dallas bc the TE was an inch shy of a TD, dak runs one inch OOBs on the 2 pt play, a chiefs WR drops a game winning TD pass right in his hands, and all the things that kept them in the game tonight happened?
Philadelphia did not cause ANY of those things to happen. The other teams lost those games despite ANYTHING that Philadelphia did
Hypothetically anyone can beat anyone but in practice it isn’t going to happen. The Cardinals beat us, they can beat the Eagles.
Don't ruin the rest of my evening. Let me have my hopes and dreams for at least tonight.Hypothetically anyone can beat anyone but in practice it isn’t going to happen.
I explained it very clearly. I’m not sure how you guys feel otherwise but that is my interpretation of the stat. If they were 1-0 when you played them then they were a winning team.So the Jets were 1-0 when we beat them. Yet many on here says it doesn’t count. Explain that.
No they weren't. He was wide open, the pass was high. But guys were around him.
Yep, I think the division is pretty much a wrap after today. We are playing for a wildcard spot from here on outIf that even. Philly can lose the next two and then win out and still take the division. Todays game was massive for the cowboys division odds.
Likely we are back in a situation similar to last season where the last month of the season is mostly meaningless from a standpoint of playoff seeding.
I would say only if that team had a winning record at the end of the season should it countI explained it very clearly. I’m not sure how you guys feel otherwise but that is my interpretation of the stat. If they were 1-0 when you played them then they were a winning team.
Would absolutely suck. I mean, suck terribly IF we are tied, both head to head and divisional record, and instead of it coming down to point differential, it would come down to NFC record? That would blow.Tie goes to them though which means Cowboys have to win out and then hope the Seahawks can also beat them because I think we can agree the Giants and Cardinals are not about to.
Sad fact is that no team that went 10-1 that I have ever heard of did not win their division. Maybe one did sometime but this pretty much means we are playing for a wild cardWould absolutely suck. I mean, suck terribly IF we are tied, both head to head and divisional record, and instead of it coming down to point differential, it would come down to NFC record? That would blow.
I would rather they beat SF, or just not go "all out" to beat them if it means we're the #5 seed regardless.
Terrible. Talk about some bad juju.
But TBH, I don't know that Dallas would win BOTH road games @ Buffalo and @Miami anyway. I have a feeling there's an L in there somewhere.Would absolutely suck. Right. I hate the Eagles more than anything, but I also can respect what they do. They force the other team to play a flawless game and most can’t.I really don't think people are understanding something here: the Eagles don't beat themselves, unlike almost every team they played this year. They had a stinker against the Jets, it happens. Hell, look who we lost to.
