again just pointing out JJ is not going to fire MM, if you follow the MO you would see this..I'm trying to think of a HC who got fired after making the playoffs 3 consecutive years with 12-5 records...

you may be right because JJ is as much of a moron as MM. but getting into playoffs with nothing more is a recipe for disaster. Especially with our horrendous draft last year and years to come.

Discipline and clock management leave a lot to be desired. While I do appreciate the last two 12-5 seasons and likely another one this year, it's the lack of playoff success I'm most disappointed in.

There is nothing great about perrenial one or two and outs. We already are draft a new generation of busts and it will continue.

Mike is the poster boy for toxic culture. Just an unmitigated moron. Why do you thing teams like San Fran, Miami, rams, and others go for younger smarter and more vibrant motivators for their teams. We are going nowhere, even if we allow fat mike a hundred more hoagies a year.

That would be a disaster. I agree. The peter principal. He already rose to his level of incompetence with atlanta. Just because you are a good d coordinator does not translate to head coach. Hundreds of peter principle failures in nfl.

As Whyjerry said. McCarthy isn't getting any help from the Jones. But I think Dak and the players aren't at times getting any help from the coaches. I like McCarthy but he is so boneheaed at times-especially when it comes to play calling and game management. Big Mike be killing it early. Then he shuts himself and forgets what was killing teams earlier. Just don't get it...
