1) Unable to motivate the team
2) Unable to discipline the team
3) Unable to manage the clock in critical situations (see SF playoff game and others)
4) Unable to challenge in critical (turnovers, poor spotting) situations
5) Dumber than a door nail. Has anyone ever heard this guy speak? OMG.

Fire McCarthy after the loss to Tampa in the first round. Bank on it.
6) wins a lot of games. Has a chance of winning 12 games for the third year in a row.
7) Won a Super Bowl

There is nothing great about perrenial one or two and outs. We already are draft a new generation of busts and it will continue.
This the first time Dallas has been in the playoffs 3 years in a row since the 90’s.
I bet back then you were crapping about Jimmy taking over as well. Guess what happened that 3rd year.

MM was not on the field to give up that game winning drive by Miami.

You forgot, 3 years of 11-12 win seasons.
Three straight playoffs. Multiple offensive and defensive records along the way. Are we there yet? Nope. Could it be better? Yep!
But there’s not many out there that would’ve done better with the cards he was dealt.

Discipline and clock management leave a lot to be desired. While I do appreciate the last two 12-5 seasons and likely another one this year, it's the lack of playoff success I'm most disappointed in.

He seems to want the Cowboys to tank for a couple years so they can get some high draft picks. He forgot that the Patriots always drafted at the end of the first round, yet still managed to draft well and get good players and have good teams for a very long time.

Garrett...case closed.
Yep, MM def has always had clock management issues and we obviously still have severe penalty issues which I assume he didn’t have in GB bc GB players are allowed to hold without penalty.
But compared to Garrett, he’s Vince Lombardi.

This clock management gets old. I’m watching football every week and there is at least one coach every week who had issues with the clock management but it’s never brought up. A lot of them happen to be SB winning coaches.

Even if one through five are close to being true he's still 100% better than Garrett and we suffered through that for a decade now at least we make the playoffs instead of missing them by failing in the last game of the season.

What do you actually expect a coach to accomplish here the super bowl is just a bridge too far

again just pointing out JJ is not going to fire MM, if you follow the MO you would see this..I'm trying to think of a HC who got fired after making the playoffs 3 consecutive years with 12-5 records...
Shottenheimer comes to mind. Hasn’t worked out well for the Chargers since.

Those aren’t facts. They are your opinions of McCarthy which is fine. But there is a distinction.

1) we could be winning more without him
2)he will never help us win super bowl
3)give him an incentive to leave….a nice big hoagie sandwich….good riddens fat boy

I came to realize that most fans on here have no idea of what they are talking about. If the board team the team we would change head coaches every year that we don't win the Superbowl. We would have a team of JAGs because we would cut every "dumb" player that made a mistake or had a bad game, and we would have a ton of draft picks and no impact players because we would trade our best players for draft picks.
Was that even grammatical?

Look everyone on here is satisfied with fat boy winning a lot of games and nothing more which means we get low round draft picks every year. I would rather lose 15 games the next few years so maybe we can draft some talent like QB, linebacker, 1 tech, running back. Winning just enough to be one and done is the recipe for football purgatory. 2023 was a draft bust. The only good players we have drafted in last few years Parsons and Diggs. Nothing else.
