I'd rather them get rid of the chop block in the tackle box while engaged, while adjacent

It's a good rule. Tough guys always want to take the chance to light up a guy who isn't seeing them coming. What's the point? The guy could've blocked Wilbur out of the play easily without hitting him as hard as he did. They still have to worry about the safety of the players. These athletes just keep getting faster and stronger.

The last thing the NFL needs is a guy to die because he got hit just wrong on a super high speed crackback block.
