I stopped somewhere in Vermont once to buy some booze, the place was half gun store and half liquor store, pretty funny. It had 2 entrances and you couldn't go directly from the gun end to the liquor end and the merchant had a counter in the middle to provide help to both sides.
When I asked for a quart of JD and a .357 mag, he just looked at me and said something like I've heard that one a thousand times.
