Most of Dak’s stats come in garbage time when the game is out of anyone’s control. He sucks in the first Q and becomes the 4th Q hero cause the opposing defense goes into prevent.
This is not true. This has been debunked on this forum countless times. You got a source for this dumb misinformation you posted?

If stats don't matter, how can you tell when a QB is playing well?

Mahomes, Rodgers, Allen, Brady - these guys are the best in the game, and guess what, their performances produce stats. Because that's how it works. Play well=good stats. The fact that you all eschew stats now like it's some kind of mark against a guy (though to be fair, only Dak gets dinged for being good) is completely insane.

We don't think, oh man, Red Grossman was really underrated because even though he didn't have good 'stats', his team won a few games. No, he sucked and the statistics proved that.

Don't like Dak, fine. Can't win in the playoffs? True. Is he on the decline? Possibly. Is he injury prone now? Might be! But stop trying to bend reality (everything that objectively proves Dak is a good QB actually proves the opposite, somehow!) to make your argument.

By having eyes and a functioning brain

Um, a functioning brain would be able to understand that a 300 yd game with three TDs is a better performance than 100 yds and no TDs. It's really not a complicated concept.

So you would rather Daks performance against the Bears in 2019 (a game in which he had 60 yds at halftime) that we lost by 7 or Cooper Rush’ s performance on Sunday?

mind you his stats look a little worse than they shouldve been bc of two bad drops…

I'm saying that stats prove Dak is a much more productive player than Rush. It's a fact. Why is that so hard a concept to grapple with?

These are decent stats if we look at them just from stats perspective but we all know Dak sucked big time in that game.

Bobby Belt is wrong. The Tampa Bay game in week one proved Dak will never, ever lead another touchdown drive in his career. I saw it here so it must be true.
