Surely everyone knows by now that Belt has a massive schoolgirl crush on Dak and wants this to happen because Moore is Dak's BFF going back to when Kellen was the backup QB.

What will be funny is watching Belt turn on Kellen in a year or two. When Dak doesn't go any farther under Moore, Kellen will become his new scapegoat. Because to Belt, Dak is the greatest and nothing could be his fault.

Moore can probably have the job if he wants it.

He knows exactly what he is signing up for. Why anyone with options would come here…I don’t know, but let’s see what happens.

It would make full Jerry sense to hire the guy who was fired as OC two years ago to come in as a head coach.

He is the SAME guy he was back then, but now he happens to have a FO that cooperates in putting good players on the field. He didn’t gain some sort of genius knowledge that he will now bring to Dallas.

Aikman wasn't lying when he said he didn't think this was a coveted position among coaches. There is 30 years of evidence that Jerry is coach kryptonite.

Nobody that is up and coming wants to seriously come here. They are using Dallas as a leverage interview.

What young coordinator wants to come coach here with Jerry's reputation for undermining his coaches...and then not be able to pick their staff...and then be strapped to the anchor of Dak and tossed out there to swim? Only people that can't get a job elsewhere is the answer

The next 8 years for Dallas fans are gonna be a wash. They're gonna hand the team over to wither Kellen or Brian Schottenheimer while Witten takes over. Witten will get 5 to 10 years before he's canned cause he's trash. We literally wasted 20 years on Jerry guessing on coaches. I hope he dies without ever seeing any play off success.

Zimmer isnt coaching anymore I dont think. He sounded beat down in one of his last interviews.

So maybe Saleh? I dont think he would turn down being the top paid DC in history to come work with the Jones family unless it was for HC
