I am taking my own world.
I think you missed the key word there..."SEEING".

You've "seen" very little. Just taking some out of date info..and some talking heads opinions, that you already agree with.

And that is okay just be honest about it.

Is 55m a fact? How much guaranteed? Trade clause? Years?
Dollar total doesn't mean squat.
We don’t know the details but you suggested they don’t want and offering someone 55 million is a poor way of showing you don’t want someone.

I'm eager to see the kid in the preseason.

That way I can give my opinion on if he has any potential.
Rather it's Trey or a draft pick, or a stop gap free agent. It will be better than paying a premium price for a slightly above average product.

Trey Lance was always a long shot to me anyway, so if he sucks, so what? It was a good risk to take IMO.

I really liked what I saw from Brock Hoffman last year when he had a chance to play. He plays with some intensity and I like that. I had a feeling he was going to be hard for Beebe to beat out for the starting job. As for Beebe, It is a bit disappointing he is struggling with snapping the football, and this is going to affect how he blocks as well, but it is way to early to call him a bust. It may take him a while to get the snapping part down. It has to become automatic. He can't be thinking about snapping when he has to block DTs. That's going to take time. Maybe he sits this year while he works on that, and he can come back next year more ready to play C.

I am glad Bryan admitted he was wrong about Kneeland, especially after the Sam Williams news. Kneeland has to do something in 2024 because the Cowboys are thin at DE.

Best case scenario for me, with Zack getting long in the tooth having Beebe waiting in the wings to take over (his natural position by the way) is a good thing.

1st padded practice is today. I will wait and see what happens as it has only been 4 OTA type practices.

Trey knows all eyes are on him, so could be some jitters he needs to shake off.

Good point.................Shanny watched this dude in practice for 2 yrs and decided a day 3 pick was worth more.....................that sends up red flags for me,

Shanny is one of the best offensive minds in the game and if he thinks you suck....................odds are that you do indeed suck.

Like you said, the 49ers (who gave up three 1st round picks for this dude) would not have just given him away if he had any juice at all.

My .02
yeah but if they gave up three 1st round picks for this dude, how smart can they really be ???????????
Answer not smart at all.
That is the biggest bust ever, and 3 1st round picks ???? that is worse than anything jerry has ever done.

according to fish trey looked great in mini camp, but now not too good in TC, so could be he is just nervous. And It is only 4 days,
and fish said dak hasnt looked good either, had some ints.

I will watch trey in the PS and evaluate what I see.

Does that mean Dak has to leave Dallas to win a SB ? Sometimes Stephen is as dense as the father .

Right? Stafford "stepped up" to a new team.

Also, it's worth noting that Stafford is one of the best natural talents in the league. Dude has been a phenom most of his life.

they draw the wrong conclusions from everything.
What I get from that is Stafford couldnt win a playoff game in detroit over 10 years lol .
So crappy team org, and coaches were to blame.

Dak only wins 2 playoff games in 8 years, so that means.........
So crappy team org, and coaches were to blame (oh and lets not forget crappy GM lol).

Brett Farve (Atlanta), Steve Young (Tampa Bay), Drew Brees (San Diego) to name a few
Chargers offered Brees a deal and they both mutually agreed to leave each other.

Young talent was never in question his team sucked.

Falcons got rid of Favre because of his lifestyle.

49ers got rid of Lance because he sucks. Don’t get me wrong I have no issue trading for him and seeing what he has but the stuff you hear about Lance you’d never hear about the above.
