describe for us what "failed in Miami" means please...
because he actually won playoff games in Miami...if thats failing, what would you call Parcells has done here?

philo beddoe;1266455 said:There were past rumors that Jerry liked Neuheisel. At least he plays to win, unlike Parcells. The guy now has pro experience, I'd say he'd be a good pick. And I do know a thing or two about the game of football. LOL. Didn't Neuheisel field winning teams? A better choice than many, believe me. I'd be fine with him.
Just say YES to Stoops! LOL. The guy is a proven winner. I still say a top college coach over a crap shoot NFL assistant with no head coaching experience. Or why not Gary Gibbs, he had head coaching experience with Oklahoma and is now a top defensive coordinator for the Saints. He may turn out to be the dark horse in this race. Plus he coached linebackers in Dallas for a number of seasons.alsmith;1267706 said:There is NO way Stoops wins in the NFL, his offence will not work in the NFL its been tried and tried, the chuck and duck has been tried before, forget Stoops unless you want a losing recoprd for the Boys for the time he is here, NO THANKS, Just say NO to Stoops...

philo beddoe;1267872 said:Exactly, and yes, he was Aikman's position coach at UCLA. Played pro ball in the USFL. Has head coaching experience at Colorado & Washington and is now successful on the Ravens staff as QB coach. He'd be a quality choice.

BrAinPaiNt;1267901 said:Was thinking the same thing.
He is not HC material, esp in the NFL.
Assistant coach, yes, Head Coach no.
If he was such a good HC he would still be a HC on a college team right now.
JPM;1267905 said:I think most college teams are afriad of him (rightfully so) casue of what happened on CO.
philo beddoe;1268082 said:This paranoia about Neuheisel is so funny. The guy can coach and plays to win, unlike fat boy Parcells.

I think we have a few agendas here?
Buff alums maybe? :laugh2:
