Maybe, but I took into consideration that there are probably some good guys out there in that profession, maybe not many, but I am sure they are out there.

There isn't a college coach out there outside of maybe Charlie Weis that I think would make Jerry Jones take note. I could easily be wrong.

If Tuna leaves I won't be at all shocked if Jerry goes after Mike Holmgren. I know there is mutual respect there.

Who else has heard these recent rumors of Bobby Petrino (Louisville) replacing Bill Parcells? I'd prefer Bob Stoops or Rick Nueheisel, but Petrino would be a great choice as well. Thoughts?

Stoops - ok. I can take that but not overwhelmed.

Petrino - a very intriguing possibility. I think he would do well here.

I mostly hope we don't bring another almost over the hill coach in here to follow Parcells. I would like to see some strong fiery young blood at the next HC position.

I'd go w/ Fisher 1st, but Petrino would not be bad. Louisville is his first HC job, but he has NFL experience @ the Jaguars. He was OC @ Auburn before the Louisville gig and did a very good job w/ Jason Campbell.

I would be happy with Fisher, Stoops, or Petrino. Each is pretty good w/ a specific area of coaching. I just hope they good bring good asst. coaches w/ them because we need some.

I wonder how Mike Singletary would perform as a defensive coordinator, he's off the charts intelligent and the assistant hc at San Francisco who has made an unimpressive group of LBs produce respectable play, he also helped revitalize the Ravens LB corp a couple of years back when it appeared to have lost some of it's luster.

His son has commited to his alma mater Baylor University so he may be interested in returning to Texas to be near family.

I would be intrigued by the possibility, he would bring sweeping changes with him however.

Might be interesting.

If someone got out of line, not paying attention or giving him lip he would just have to give them that look and that would settle them down.

I would prefer an established DC and one who has shown they can be good with the 3-4.
