It seems, at this point, he would be an improvement. I really don't know that much about him. Why don't the 49ers want him anymore? Money??Boxer, I hope he still has skills. I'm praying he does.
Was that the dude that got injured when the score was 21-3(or something like that),,,?His injury in the game up there last year was an overlooked factor. They bottled up Dallas pretty well until he went out.
i would start Xavier as the safety even if it means telling Heath he is benched before trading for some average overpriced safety
theres no all pro safety waiting for your call
and anytime you call first
you overpay
there are rookies that might be the future already standing around
Thomas really said that? You got a link, I never knew thatthomas struggled here and had to deal with the "Racial" season when owens said the white players were calling secret plays..(right out of deion sanders playbook)
Thomas called it the worst locker room he had ever been in during his entire career!!

I remember hearing about tank johnson yelling thatHe did. The last few minutes of the eagles game had tank johnson yelling at players that he was lucky he was getting out of here, pacman saying the same and then thomas after said it was the worst locker room he had ever been in.
Owens and his pals just wrecked that final month when they still had a chance.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen somebody as full of themselves as Fisher is. Like he even remotely suggested this in his initial report and now tying to claim it as if he did.
You don't remember the "no thanks" crowd? The same people that say "let's build through the draft "like we aint been doing that **** since 96.Should have paid TJ Ward when we had the chance.
At first I kinda thought about that whole "moving" thing also but dude is looking for a job and didn't want to move to New Orleans but knows he's gonna have to move eventually, so I've struck that off the factor list, right along with him staying in the N.F.C. as opposed to rolling over to the A.F.C. simply because of his familiarity of opponents,,, it's down to the numbers of ZEROS teams offer to write on his casing-liner and he should shop his bona fide casing-liner around,,, him 'visiting' the Oakland franchise first is still circled in red on the factor list thoughIf he's looking for a contender, OAK losing today probably helps.
If we can just get him in for a visit, we'll probably get him. But I imagine not having to move in-season is pretty attractive to him.
And if he don't sign..throw him out of the chopper on the way back!!
The only issue I see in all this is Hitch. Bowman wants to play, and I'm curious if having Hitch healthy now will make that not happen. I'm not talking from my perspective, I'm talking about this team! However, it would be a very smart move being that both Hitch and Lee have missed time this season.
Just do it already!
So they say ... he won’t make it out of Oakland
watching since camp, Wilson is the most athletic and is the cover guyif he does end up here they will have a rotation of four competent linebackers with lee, hitchens, durant and Bowman. Should be a way to improve the defense with those four playing.
