The biggest the year before was when TB coerced Tom Brady to come play for them.
The year before that it was KC’s big revamped defense, trading for Frank Clark, signing Tyrann Mathieu, bringing in the new coordinator (despite making the AFCCG) from when the Giants won the super bowl with their Dline.
Remember in 2017 when Philly got Nick Foles and Alshon Jeffery and Torrey Smith and traded for Timmy Jernigan and Jay Ajayi and signed Brandon Brooks and Lagarette Blount and the drafted Derek Barnett with the 1st we got from Bradford to Minnesota? Nobody overhauled their roster as much as we did that year. We went from 7-9 to 13-3 real fast.
2014, the Broncos just got embarrassed in the super bowl and signed every superstar Defensive free agent they could. Demarcus Ware, Aqib Talib, TJ Ward all in 48 hours…. they won the super bowl the next year.
