For the record..........That comparison really gnaws at me. It has nothing to do with why I'm pulling for the kid.

Maybe being in TT country you hear it alot but in my neck of the woods.........it's rare.

I have no idea what's on your local sportscast. But, every writer that covers the Cowboys and has done a story on Danny has mentioned Welker, t least once and most more than that.

Hey, don't forget Hurd and Austin were undrafted too.

BTW: So was Drew Pearson, back when the draft had like 12 rounds round or something and he turned out okay.

Good points but the WR(s) you mentioned had a couple of things in common, raw talent and height. Amendola, has a bad case of the toos, as in too short and too slow.

If he makes the team I will be cheering for him to do well but the way our roster is stacked I don't think it is in the cards for him. Just my $0.02.

My fear for him (because I'd really like to see him play for Dallas on Sundays) is that Pacman's presence takes away the one way he might make the team for contribution as a punt returner.

and the answer to the question is when you tear down others in the process and slant all you do to make sure you're *rooting for the right person* vs just being a fan.
