Being reported in Philly that they have the 10th pick - crazy. They will use the 10th pick, Bradford, their 1st next year and maybe a 2nd next year to move up even more.
But if you're a team why not let someone pick Mariotta and then trade for him?
The Eagles got the 10th pick with this. This is about Mariota guys. Chip will now get his guy. Rams were fleeced.

There is no way you make all these moves without someone pretty high up the draft telling you exactly what they want for their pick. I don't think Tennessee is that team. So if I am Tennessee, I am putting it out there to see what I can get from Santa Kelly.
Maybe its going over my head but it seems like it would be smarter for me to trade with a team who drafted Mariotta rather than trade for the 2nd overall pick. What if Mariotta falls to #6 or even more? Trade value might be a little easier.
Foles costed a lot for the Rams.

The Rams front office makes highly questionable decisions every year. That's one of the reasons why they're perennial losers.
