Brady Quinn looking very uncomfterble

What did he do today to show he is anywhere near Heisman worthy?
You don't think GT's defense in the first half had anything to do with that? You watch the Boys every week and should know a QB can't do anything if he's running for his life.

exactly, but of course Mr. Sunshine here expects Brady Quinn to just light up the scoreboard. Like GT's defense in the first half wasn't all over the guy.

Seems like every other team in the top 5 had no problems with the unranked minnows they played against.

Heisman players, when necessary, should grow rockets out of their rears and fly above pass rushers. Jeeze, didn't you know that?

Heisman QB's throw touchdowns against unranked opposition, but since this is Notre Dame we are talking about, I guess everyone will let it slide and trust the mighty medias word.

Just like someone said earlier in this thread - GT didn't become an unranked minnow until they lost, eh?

GT is a good team - that was a stout defensive front he faced.

Typical ND apologizing. Tech wont finish the season ranked, but since they played hard I guess it counts for something.

I know your upset that Brady and ND got the win, but come on. ND didn't schedule a cupcake at home like OSU and UT. Ga Tech in Atlanta is a little different than N. Illinois in Columbus and N. Texas in Austin. At least Ga Tech is knocking on the Top 25.

23-38 for 246 yards. I'd be pretty "comfortable" with those numbers from the qb.

Yes...actually...that counts for a lot. Ranked or unranked, when you play well, that means something.

Their defense was very good tonight. By your own logic, if he beats up on 'scrubs', and if they were 'scrubs', Quinn would have thrown 11y billion TDs. But he didn't - because the GT defense is good.

You make no sense. I told you he threw for 32 TD's last year and you said it was against terrible teams. So what if he threw for 5 TD's today, you'd be singing the same tune, it was against a bad team. Keeping all your bases covered, I see.

If he would have thrown ONE touchdown tonight, it would have meant something. Darius Walker was the star of this game, by far and I am fine with that. I like him, he is a fantastic player. Quinn showed he is no where near Heisman material today.

Emmitt Smith was the star in most games against the best in the league, does that me Aikman sucked?

Way to bring illogical comparisons to one of the best NFL QB's of all time into this. Real intelligent.

thank you. you just inferred that since Quinn didn't have a monster game and Walker was the player of the game, that proved your theory that Quinn is overrated.

The media are calling Quinn the best player in college football and a #1 heisman candidate, obviously tonight should prove them wrong. The first half he was BAD, and his longest play of the day was the result of great catch from Smardzija. Send him to New York allready.:lmao2:

I've never seen a "hater" so upset over a ND win on a message board, how sad. A win is a win is a win and Brady is 1-0 this year. Keep the W's coming, put up numbers like 2005 and he walks away with the Heisman. Accept it.

Tell me football genius, what could Quinn have done in the first half when his offensive line played like our line here in Dallas? Like the ol' saying goes, can't make chicken salad out of.........

oh well, i'm done, you're just being an attention ***** anyways.

If he wants numbers like 2005 he will have to whip on the unrankeds to pad his stats in the same manner he did last year.
