I have always felt he was a better psychologist than a football coach.

I don’t think pro football players need a cheerleader as a HC. They need coaches who make it a little easier for them to make plays. Especially, in today’s NFL where the talent level is so close among teams. Is Belicheat a Cheerleader? Hel_ no!

to me Garrett is like this employee of a corporation here in Dallas.

Jerrah has changed us from a football team to a multi billion dollar asset.

The Board of Directors is Jerrah, Stephen, Will Clay.

Garrett works for them.

Therefore Garrett does what they want.

He has been here 8+ years now.

He's part of the family.

I do not hate him..

Jerrah or Garrett.

They just living life and we watching.
