That was fans living in the moment after the Cowboys had that miraculous turnaround from 3-5 to winning 9 of their last 10 games including a playoff win over Seattle. The defense was playing lights out until the Colts game. After the Rams shredded us for over 200 yards on the ground in the playoffs the love affair for Richard started to wane. LVE and Jaylon began to regress.
 
All Richard ever did around here was yell when no one else on the staff did.

That made fans like him because they wanted to yell also.

Wasn't he out of coaching entirely last year?

I've never seen anything in the league like the regression of those two.

I haven't seen one single explanation that makes sense to me either.

The only explanation I’ve seen is that the DL having so many holes forced both of them to have to take on blockers. They’ve had trouble shedding blocks and diagnosing plays. One thing that’s caused LVE to regress is the injuries. Since the neck injury he’s looked tentative.

Yes, Earl, lots of coaches have played their sport but only after seasoning and after working their way from clipboard carrying gophers and at low-level venues.
In your world, athletes are allowed to continue their entitled lives no matter that there are hundreds of seasoned, active coaches around.
Get a clue, old chap old fellow. Get a clue and quit being so simplistic, cherry picker.

why Richard? I was done with him. he was a side line screamer that people liked because of that.....he sucked.

did he suck? or as we seen, these players have problem picking up things. Richard turned down a few DB coaching jobs in the off-season, he must not be too bad.

There's no fantasy, I proved my point, players jump right into coaching, Lee could do the same, Moore did it, and he's already getting a NFL head coach interview, your position is getting weaker by day...lol
