You don't give up on prospects after 2 preseason games. You have to give them an opportunity to grow into pro players.

Agreed as a general principle. However, it wouldn’t be the first time a relatively high draft pick didn’t make it out of camp.

Ain’t no way they are cutting Shelton folks. As we’ve seen OT’s are a thin commodity across the league. He would get claimed in no time. He just needs some muscle.

I will say the past few OT picks have been horrible around here. KC is going to start a UFA at RT that is mauling people…..

I really dont trust Broaddus' evaluation, but agree if a day 3 pick hasn't shown anything and has been outplayed by others I don't see why they should be precluded from cut down day.
