Stop.

She's a talented artist. You should check out her work but as a football analyst she's a complete waste of space.

I get joy listening to the three soy boys pretend she's adding insight to whatever topic is being discussed and feel bad for the person who actually should be there on merit and not quota.

I've listened to DC.Com broadcasts since 2001 when they started. People come and people go. I get where you're coming from with tokenism etc. and I would say she only knows a little about the game. That said sometimes the obvious is missed and she has a way of making good points that open up the discussion. All I can say is after 20 years of listening I've heard a lot worse. She's not there for in depth knowledge

- Philly Eagles HC Nicholas Sirianni has to be the clear front runner in COTY.

- KC Chiefs Andy Reid would be 2nd in my list

- Bills Sean McDermott would be 3rd

- McCarthy ? Probably 4th, ... and is he still riding more on Kellen and Quinn and Bones than it being more himself ?
Siriani is the frontrunner for DbOTY

Are you serious? Granted she might know the least about football of any that’s been on but I haven’t switched off a podcats because she’s on it and that’s a regular occurrence for Micky Spagnola.

She’s clearly there for Spanish content and the English podcast is a way to fast track her football education. If you swapped her out for Rob “boring ***” Phillips it would be no better, it’d be worse.

They clearly have a small budget and limited people with presenting experience that can also write, produce etc. She’s hired for her Spanish content creation/presenting and this is her cross training. You’ll notice she hosts when Derrick isn’t there because not everybody has the skill to do it.

I suppose I should watch if only to support the fast track of her football education. That is the purpose of the show, I guess, for the hosts to get some education.

Uh, sure.

Other than a quick little glimpse of this video, just to see what she was like, I've never watched the show.

Derrick Eagleton’s goal is to build a staff department that gets the most views across multiple platforms. You’re looking at one show in isolation and wondering what she’s doing there. When it comes to end of year review, she’s probably got the best case for a bump with her Spanish content, human interest stories, hosting duties etc. The Break is like 5% of what she does.

And yeah, I’ve seen Rob with those guys, he’s still boring as F.

Philadelphia Eagles 2017. They won the Super Bowl with that and even more injuries.
It's a shame he didn't win it. Kinda goes to show that postseason results don't matter for this award, contrary to what some one else posted.

We still have six games left so I wouldn’t be passing out any awards to him just yet.

No, he's not going to be coach of the year.
That goes to either the Eagles coach or Miami's coach.
That guy in Seattle that has a team that has Geno Smith at QB and was supposed to compete for the first pick has done a fairly good job…

There are going to be a number of coaches given consideration. I just don't think McCarthy is going to get it this year.
I gave you who I thought will get it over him.

Oh yeah, but he was a backup entering the season.
Makes one wonder: Is it Rivera's fault to think Wentz is actually a starter in this league for real?
I mean, a lot of peeps were going in thinking Heineke is the better QB going into the season.

We’re still one of the most penalized teams in the NFL… coach of the year my rear. It’s like Garrett treatment. No, just because you coach the Cowboys and they’re having a solid year doesn’t make you coach of the year. It’s like we’re in LaLa land.

No arguments from me. I was shocked they traded for Wentz. But then again this forum is a microcosm of how varied people's evaluation of QB play can be.
