If he comes here on a rental trying to earn a deal for future years, do ya’ll expect him to not complain when he doesn’t get targets?

This…when most of you realize we need to run to win?

Last thing we need is a reason to pass more.

Lamb or Gallup get hurt, fine, do it. Otherwise I’d wait. Has he even proven to be right yet off the knee?

yeah, not really thrilled about any OBJ crap. Mostly media driven drivel by a quote from the FO saying they were thinking about it. Just like they think about a lot of things they never do. Just want to portray themselves as being on top of things. Turning over every rock kind of thing.

It’s more than that. Even Michael Irvin is going off about this.

Unless he turns into the OBJ of old I totally disagree with Broaddus. He’s been rehabbing an ACL since last Feb. His reputation for big plays would cause opponents to have to respect him but I can’t see how he would impact the team enough to put the Cowboys up there with Philly. We still have issues against the run. When we got within three points of Philly we still couldn’t stop them. They went on an 11 play drive with all running plays. They imposed their will on us and we had no answer.

I guess Broaddus is an Orthopedic Specialist now, has examined OBJ's knee and given his seal of approval on his return and being productive this year.

Eagles beat the Cowboys after their backup QB had an awful game of turnovers, I don't think having Beckham changes the outcome of that one. However, a healthy Dak likely does. At this point Beckham is a nice to have that can help but don't know that he is a game changer at this point.

Wow, one of the few times I have actually agreed with anything you have to say.

That said, for me, it's not about the Eagles, because I agree, we can beat them without OBJ. But looking at the big picture, What about KC or the Bills (assuming QB1 is healthy for the Bills), not sure we can go toe to toe with them. Our D will be our advantage against KC but the Bills D is just as good. Against either of those teams in the SB, It would not be bad to have an OBJ out there, IMO.

Don’t forget the Niners. They’ve been busy improving the same roster that dispatched us in the playoffs. Adding baller McCafree has made them that much better……our problem may be exposed before seeing the Bills or Chiefs.

Broadazz opinion means didi to me. The vatto is a clown always trying to cash in on Dallas....take your lame game elsewhere
I’m out on OBJ.... after a second blown ACL I’m just real skeptical of what he will be and leery of another injury.
I truly believe this team is already better than the eagles....

...whats he talking about? We're already step ahead without him.

It would give us major advantages. You can say that.

Broudus sucks. But if the Cowboys get OBJ and everyone on both teams are healthy then the Dallas Cowboys are better! Take that to the bank!

As long as I don’t see any picture of obj, ceedee, zeke, and parsons on a boat together I’m good with signing him.

“Go get Odell Beckham because he’ll go get the football,” Broaddus said (13:08 in player above). “Who on this team goes and gets the football? Who runs those dangerous inside routes and goes and snatches the ball on the fly and takes off running?”

The Cowboys have a solid receiving group headlined by CeeDee Lamb and Michael Gallup, but OBJ would add another dimension to the offense.

“You haven’t had a guy on that team to go and snatch a ball since Dez Bryant was here last, just comes flying across the middle knowing bodies are all over the place, reaches his hands out, doesn’t let the defender get on behind him and knock the ball down,” Broaddus continued. “This guy’s a bad ball catcher. That’s what he is. You can throw a ball anywhere, this guy’s catch radius – we’ve seen it first hand.”

The veteran wide receiver played six games in Cleveland and eight games with the Los Angeles Rams last season. He caught a touchdown in five of those Rams regular-season games and was even better in the playoffs.

“That’s why he’s a difference-maker, because when it gets tough and it gets tight he will go get the football. I don’t know if you have guys like that on this team,” Broaddus said. “That’s why Jerry Jones, Mike McCarthy’s interested in this cat, and a lot of other teams are willing to make him a part of their team for maybe two months, three months. Maybe. Because he is a difference-maker. That’s why people still like this guy. He did it in the Super Bowl. This guy’s a difference-maker.”

Adding Odell Beckham Jr. would put Cowboys on Eagles' level (audacy.com)
He’s coming off his second ACL on the same knee. Gallup is still not the same after his first. If they sign him, I hope they work him out first.

This offense is craving someone to take off the top with speed.
Don't know what OBJ current 40 is, but we can find out quickly with just an interview and running some sample routes.

Cowboys are already better than the Eagles. WE dont need that loser to beat the Eagles.

We are better than the Eagles with or without OBJ

I agree, amigos. We were arrogant to think we can be like last year and come out with no preseason snaps and play like we did against the defending champs at their house. We didn't and whoever made that decision to not let the starters play in this preseason should've been called out. And we gave Philthy hell even with an undrafted QB. They had one good quarter against us thanks to Cooper's INTs. I can't wait until Christmas Eve. GO COWBOYS!!
