Lord, I hope it's not Moore and Zimmer. Although, that's exactly the type of move Jerry and Boy Wonder would make. Either way, Jerry will probably drag this out until SB week and then make an announcement, just so the Cowboys can stay in the news.

I struggle to see Moore as a HC. He seems like a really good guy to have on staff, and seems to do very good work with play design, but he certainly seems to be missing some of the qualities you look for at the top.

I mean, we all saw it when he was OC here. Something would go wrong and he'd be sitting by himself on the bench looking at his tablet with that lost look on his face.

I think he's a fine coordinator, but the head coach has to lead. Through good, bad, and ugly. He's never displayed that ability in public, and it sounds like in private as well.

I don't think he was fired. At least it was called a mutual decision at the time and Moore had that Chargers job lined up pretty quickly.
