Broaddus on Kellen Moore

I'm serious when I say this. Watch his first few interviews when he first became a head coach and watch them now. He looks like he developed a cocaine habit. It's crazy.
Cocaine in Miami. No way. Where’s Crockett and Tubbs when you need them?

I struggle to see Moore as a HC. He seems like a really good guy to have on staff, and seems to do very good work with play design, but he certainly seems to be missing some of the qualities you look for at the top.
That's fair....But with that being said....if given time....there is no doubt in my mind...he could put together a great staff....Problem is....In Dallas they expect instant results....The million dollar question is can Kellen put together a great coaching staff? My answer is....eventually...I think he can...but he's not walking through the door with a staff that's gonna blow the doors off the media. There is gonna be a lot of doubt until he proves he knows what he's doing....and that's gonna take some patience....Given time.....he could be the next Tom Landry....I believe in him....I've seen the complexity of his offense ....the problem in Dallas when he was here...he couldn't deploy his entire playbook....it was always someone's else's BS by committee. If Dallas truly wants KM....then they are gonna have to live with him....and let him be Kellen Moore....growing pains building a staff and all. But I think he can do it if given the fair chance.

This is exactly what some of us tried to warn people about who we’re so eager to push McCarthy out…we weren’t going to get a Ben Johnson. Very good chance We were going to get a Kellen Moore.

There were / are huge questions and concerns about his ability to lead.

There are / were questions about his ability to call plays with assertiveness.

One compared him to a ball boy - small male figure too not a talker very quiet.

Doesn’t make sense - Deion does.

Broaddus says go get Aaron Glenn immediately.

The other guy said ….
He thinks it’s Moore & Zimmer.
My lawd
Go after Aaron Glen as HC and bring Mark Brunell, Lions QB coach as the next OC

My biggest concern about Moore is that he owes his alligence to Jones: he owes his playing and coaching careers to Jones.

I have a suspension Moore would be Jason Garrett re-do.
Anybody that Jerry is willing to hire is a JG re-do. Is McCarthy really that different from Garrett?

Wow, this is really going to end up with Zimmer as head coach, isn't it?

Please no Moore worst hire possible!

Not sure where he gets that claims.

First of all, he’s apparently got two HC interview lined up, including the Saints and Jacksonville.

Second, Carolina was going to hire him. He was in his way to the airport after his first interview and they called him back and they were seriously considering hiring him, but the Panthers decided on Reich, who was their first QB and loved in Carolina.

What makes people think Moore won’t have options that he would need to take the job?

Holly cow, thank you so much. Didn't realize there was a video on it lmao. I'm gonna have a field day with this at the expense of my cousin. He's a hard-core dolphins fan. I kept telling him that guy has a coke problem.
I sent that video out to a bunch of people when I saw it. There's also this meme. Spoiler'd for size.
