Cowboys should keep going in that direction (ala signing Dalton to that role last off season).

No, I hear the Rodgers is leaving the Packers. I’d much rather have Rodgers as a backup QB.

I watched him in college at UF where he struggled to complete passes. He should be TE or a FB not a QB. He's kinda like Tebow minus the athletic ability.

I'll pass. The Broncos need QB in the worst way, and they cut him.

While Gilbert played admirably against Pittsburgh, I don't think I'm completely comfortable with him as our back up.

Lots of QBs can look competent for one game... Let's at least bring in someone to compete.

That’s a tough sell... nobody prevents the Cowboys from winning playoff games quite like Aaron Rodgers. Might clash with team goals

Driskel was pretty bad in Cincinnati, even by backup standards. Idk if he improved much in Denver, but if he had I would assume they wouldn’t have made moves to get him out. I’d feel better rolling with Gilbert.

I'm for bringing in more competition for the backup QB spot. I just don't think Driskel is it. The Broncos need all the QB help they can get. They cut him. Which is why I pass on Driskel.

I agree. Driskel may not be ideal but if you want a competition got to start looking under rocks, unless Dinucci is expected to push Gilbert Grape.
