Look, I enjoy watching snow games. I don't care how much snow or how difficult the game might be to officiate or attend. Its not my problem. All I know is that nobody should be forced to go to Detroit. Its bad enough we send teams to London and Germany. Detroit is crossing the line.

It's either go to Detroit or run the chance that the game is cancelled.

With all due respect, I don't think the world revolves around you watching a snow football game (most likely on TV would be a safe bet). You're right, it's not your problem, but it's also not the leagues problem if you don't get what you want;)

Normally I'd agree but this is a legit storm. They are going to get hammered.

Look up the potential snowstorm. Reality is everything is being closed. Heck, the Bishop in town even gave Catholic's a free pass for not attending service on Sunday LOL

Exactly how would the NFL look if the city shut down, the city got hammered by snow, and the NFL and the team expected their employees to show up for work when the city is shut down?

This doesn't look like a regular snow storm. That said, when everything shuts down in trying to be prepared, that's when you get the light dusting LOL You normally get hammered when you don't expect it.

It's all about the lake effect. I'm NE of Buffalo. The same system bringing all that snow to the east shores of Erie and Ontario will be passing right over us. We might see 2-4 inches.

All joking aside, it's not realistic. Not with that kind of storm. I just hope they don't do it with smaller storms. Either way I'm watching it from my couch. So they can do what they want.

I grew up in western NY. I got stuck more than once. .

I will say though winters are nowhere what they used to be. I can remember as a kid not seeing green grass from early December to early March. You had to dig deep into the snow.

Now winters are a couple snow events like this one and cool to cold. It’s not the day to day brutal weather anymore.
Winters may have less snow than 30-40 years ago had, but canada last year had the coldest winter since 1996, and even its only november, its 10F here right now! brrrrrr. there's a reason the canadian football league stops in november,

Josh Allen and Gabe Davis are on my fantasy team so I approve of the game being relocated to an indoor facility where natural elements will have no impact on the gameplay.

What is it with these idiot franchises in the northeast and north who are in need of a domed stadium and instead decide it is ok to play outside in November, December and January. Philthy, NY, NE, Washington, Buffalo, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Chicago, etc,...get a freaking roof people.
It should be a requirement in the NFL to have a retractable roof at least. Poverty franchises. Why am i so angry?...well, at least not all caps. As you were, and GET OFF MY LAWN.

Completely get it. I remember driving on I-485 in April around Syracuse and having to deal with a light blizzard with low visibility only to come across sunny skies 10 miles later. Because it can be so unpredictable, I can understand being safe than sorry.

Where I'm at now, everything closes down and the milk and bread is all gone when they forecast 1" the next day LOL

No, but I can see why the good guess. M1A built before they even came out with the Socom. Stock by McMillan (when he owned the company), ARMS M1A mount with Shepard scope.

It's the not size of the gun you have to hump, but how many rounds of ammo you have to hump LOL

Oh the memories of the rucksack routine. Thanks for the info brother.
