Honestly, glad the end result is him not being an Eagle.
I think Parsons just hit the trading block! This "next guy up" mentality regarding contracts makes owners look incredibly stupid.
There is no way that Parsons should make the same or more than Garrett. but he will, because that's how contracts work in this backward league.
He will because he’s younger and already has half the stats Garrett has who has played 4 more years. This "next guy up" mentality regarding contracts makes owners look incredibly stupid.

Yeah, one trick poney Parsons should make more or the same than the back to back defensive player of the year because he's....let me check....younger?He will because he’s younger and already has half the stats Garrett has who has played 4 more years.
actually if you just go the last four years Garrett has produced moreHe will because he’s younger and already has half the stats Garrett has who has played 4 more years.
IIRC, it wasn't all that long ago the Browns had several early picks, even having 3(?) in the first round of one draft, and they couldn't do squat with it.What are the Browns doing? They are terrible. They should be gathering draft assets and reducing payroll so they can push massive amount of salary cap to future years. Embracing the pain would give them a future… This is how teams stay bad for a long time. At least he’s not in Philly or Washington.
And our front office gets dumber and dumber by the day.Micah got more expensive.
as I said, both sides knew where this was going. Browns were stupid saying they were not going to give him a new deal.Actually, the Browns believed him.
No I’m just telling you what’s going to happen. And parsons hasn’t even entered his prime yet. This is how contracts work and the cowboys are once again late to the dance.Yeah, one trick poney Parsons should make more or the same than the back to back defensive player of the year because he's....let me check....younger?
Garrett is 29 years old. He's in his prime.
What’s the rush. We got Jerry running the ship.Micah got more expensive.
He even said he wanted signed immediately. Why would Parsons sign before them though?
