I'm also pretty sure what Wade means "everybody is subject to evaluation", that does NOT include Garrett, as Jerry is the one in charge of what happens to him specifically.

Cripes, how transparent can this be? Phillips is such a lame-duck head coach -- even if he weren't the laid back, mellow type, Jerry Jones doesn't exactly create the perception that this guy has any juice whatsoever when it comes to player and coaching decisions.

Quote: "Everyone on his coaching staff will be subject to an evaluation process."

Translation: "I'll get rid of whomever Jerry wants me to get rid of and I'll keep whomever Jerry wants me to keep."

I doubt Jerry Jones insists he keep his Defensive Coordinator.
