Broadus? Awesome. Love your work and listen to all your podcasts when I can.

If the pick somehow comes down to Earl Thomas, Pouncey, or Iupati who do you think the Cowboys would select between the 3?

Highly unlikely all 3 would be there I know but with the Miami trade up rumors I would think Dallas would move up for one of those 3.

Where can you get his podcasts? Itunes?

Usually when I listen to him its on DC's podcast or ESPN1033.com podcasts.

Its handy too because usually when he is on its at an unconvenient time and during work.

I don't know if I am reading too much into things or what, but a lot of different things seem to all point in the same direction...these trade rumors are real.

If they move up that high, it'll be for Thomas. In fact he's the only player I think they'd move up for. I'm sure they'd be happy to take Iupati or Pouncey too, but only if one of them fell in their laps.

I follow him like a hawk, lol.

Great friend and great insight into the game of football!

I heart Bryan Broaddus!

He was last on my show March 25...

He was on with Ben and Skin recently too...

Hes the man and I think you usually do better interviews with him than GAC does but he is awesome on gameplan wednesdays or whatever day he does that.

He also is good when going back over the film. Especially for someone like me who likes to go back and watch individual play and see if Broadus and Bob Sturm agree with me.

What if they don't agree with you?

On that note.

Ken Lucas vs Anthony Henry.

That's all I am saying.

Maybe if Bryan comes back in here he will give more details.

:D

hey guys...back in the mix here...thanks for all the kind words...know you have a ton of questions...trying to gather as much info as i can...all my boys are sitting in a dark room eating BBQ and watching tape @ Valley Ranch...when they get out I hope to have some more answers...I will say this about the trade down stuff...they feel like a really good player will be there when they select @27...but the thing you have to remember is that it can be very hard to trade down in a draft unless you just give the pick away...there needs to be someone on that board that teams want in order for that phone to ring...trade downs are usually done on the clock or when the "chum" is laid two picks before that time...as a Pro guy...I always tried to have a handle what teams needed around us...trust me...you butt gets tight when Jerry wants you to project the next three picks...when we drafted Spears I was able to tell Jerry and Parcells that the two teams we had to worry about taking DE's was Cincy and Minnesota...they both did but it wasn't Spears...if guys like Bryant, Tebow, McCourty (11 teams have their sights on him) maybe the Cowboys can get the phone to ring...it happened when JP Loosman was on the board and Buffalo had to have him...remember you need value on that board to work a potential trade...by the way...I a kick out of the Parcells line...he only hated me when I told him Ryan Young was washed up and we needed to sign Charles Woodson.

Is there any chance we deal for gaither? Is this Barber trade talk real or not? Are there any trade possibilities? Whats goin on with miles and sensi??

THANKS BB.

I am surprised that no one has made a run at Gaither...i don't understand the thinking there...there really are three OT's in this draft...Okung, Williams and Bulaga...I think teams will disappointed in Campbell and Davis...Brown right now would take some time. I don't have a good vibe on the Barber deal...I think Miles is getting bad advice...show up and work and Jerry will pay you...I think Jerry and Stephen are waiting to see where this CBA takes them as far as contracts...as far as Gerald...he needs a new contract and I understand why he is doing what he is doing...again...when has Jerry not paid one of his star players...bad agent advice in my book..

I don't get the thinking either. I think teams may feel concerned that he's a bit lazy and already looking for a big contract.

I think if you get him for a 2nd that's a steal.

Bryan, thanks for all of the insight...I really appreciate it.

I am a South Florida grad. I was wondering if you could fill-in the members here who may not know that much about Nate Allen and what he could bring to the Cowboys.

The Bulls had such a great secondary with Mike Jenkins, Trae Williams, and Nate Allen a couple years back.

I get the feeling teams are doing the old deal where they out think themselves on Gaither.

Why would they be willing to lose their Left Tackle who has started for two seasons and is very young?

They have Oher to play the LT if he goes. Maybe that's the quick answer.

But the question may the reason we don't hear teams with interest in him even at that compensation.

you guys @ South Florida play some darn good football...that coach that got canned really knows what a good player looks like...I know the scouts really like Allen...the most imporatant thing that teams are looking for now a days in a safety is his ability to cover first...Allen fits that bill...he is 6004 207 and I believe in his pro day ran 4.42...in this NFC East...you better have some range in your safety but you better be physical with all these tight ends and backs as well...I know they really like Earl Thomas from Texas but so does have the NFL...I have heard nothing but good things about Allen...DC you made a comment about Gaither and are you just doing the deal for Ozzie and the Ravens...I think you make an excellent point...maybe they are just waiting for someone to do the deal for them, then just match...

Any chance the player many think is being traded is Spears to Miami? They need a NT and theres not a ton in this draft. Codys work ehtic has to scare them and Cam Thomas might be a wokrout warrior.

If you can get a 3rd for Spears thats extra ammo for a trade up(Iupati)
Or it enables you to take Alualu in the 2nd.
