Wade probably is better than Garrett, but it's a little deceiving. Just like with Switzer, Wade inherited a team that someone else built before ultimately destroying it.

That was a high over-rated squad. OL was garbage... Julius Jones was RB. Brady James and Akin Ayodeje were awful in pass coverage, our CBS were an aging Henry and Jacques Reeves... safeties were guys like Alan Ball.. Roy Williams couldn’t turn his hips..

You are stuck on the issue being Garrett, which it is not. The last several coaches did not succeed and all flamed out. You realize Jerry is hiring the next HC right? And you think he will change this time? Why? Blind hope? If not then really why would he change now?

hyperbole is good for making a point but not convincing. Garrett is my man until he isn't.
He certainly had failings this past season but there's no doubting he has improved the team roster
and doing it while avoiding losing seasons. Not good enough maybe. He's got two years

Just want to highlight for everyone that is calling for Garrett's head. This organization has issues more than just with the current HC and staff. From a timeline perspective, it has been an ongoing problem since Switzer.

So what’s your point. Jerry won’t fire himself. Also, regardless of what you think of Jerry he has won Superbowls. Just look at his timeline. Maybe Jerry will make the right hire. Look at the turnaround the Rams and Eagles made in 1 and 2 years with a new HC. Do you want Dallas to be mediocre every year? That’s all we will ever get with Garrett, unless everyone stays healthy, then we have a chance for a good record just to get out coached in the playoffs. Remember Dallas’s record against teams over 500 when we play them is atrocious. Do you think Garrett can put 3-4 good coaching games together against good teams in the playoffs, then Super Bowl? I don’t. His track record proffs it is just about impossible. We are America’s team!, why settle for mediocre every year with Garrett? Garrett is the main problem with this team!!

Only because he initially hired Jimmy. Let Jimmy hire his own staff while Jimmy was mainly in control over personnel decisions with Jerry only signing off on them. SB won with Switzer was only 2 years after Jimmy's teams had just won back to back SB's with most of those players and staff still on the team.

Since then, Jerry hasn't won jack.

No, a competent owner or GM wouldn’t have hired Garrett, and wouldn’t tolerate being saddled with him. This organization is going nowhere as long as that old drunk is pulling the strings. Jones conned the fools in Arlington into helping him build a stadium, and he cons thousands of fans into buying his tickets each year. You give him a nickel, you’re part of the problem.
