I actually think that he was gone for reasons other then performance. Based on performance, he was actually not all that bad last year. I would say that he was arguably our best DL last year. JMO

If he does turn out like ap or something it would suck to see him leave Dallas after his rookie deal.

That is the price of doing business, but if he helps us get back to the Super Bowl in the next 5 years it would be totally worth it...

Why do you find this humorous?

On this, I'm with you Toruk (relish it because it doesn't happen often). But I do think it would be more understandable to the laymen on the board to simply say, "keep his carry count around 20 a game to keep him fresh throughout the season and into the playoffs." I agree with you that the Cowboys completely mismanaged Demarco and that by the time he got to the playoffs in 2014 he was running on exhausted legs. Now that the Cowboys have two capable backs behind Zeke, in DMac and Morris, there is absolutely no viable excuse for going over 25 carries per game with Zeke.
