If Fowler has 19 sacks, I will gladly wish him luck with his next team as his one year here will have paid off handsomely.

He is only 27, so maybe the Cowboys would be interested in keeping him if he plays that well. Similar to Kearse....if you find a gem, keep it.

If he earns a big paycheck, I think it will be with someone else just like with Robert Quinn. And probably for the same reason. Essentially, Quinn was a placeholder for Gregory. Fowler is now a placeholder for Williams.

With Kearse, we didn't have anyone waiting to move up into his role.
