Ben johnson....Lien Cohen...Joe Brady ...

Young hot offensive innovation mind that can well scheme this offense and resurrect dak prescott ...

Heavily consider Al Harris as the new DC...he could well have a Arron Glenn like Defensive impact on this team, if FO is really that high on him ...otherwise Harris to be DC elsewhere...

I'll go with Bill Belichick.

Ben Johnson is intriguing but I think his price tag will keep the Jones boys away. Plus, he doesn't have HC experience and won't be a big enough "splash" for the Jones boys.

They need a "splash" after their 2024 offseason and regular season. I have never seen Jerry Jones get his feet put to the fire for the results on the field like I have this season. Even Peyton Manning took a lighthearted shot at him during the CMAs last night.

Belichick, getting Micah's deal done at the top of the new League starting, and some moves in the early party of free agency will do the trick to get the media and fans back interested in his toy franchise for the right reason. And most importantly, it will get them off his back.
Ben Johnson offense easily has the highest points scoring team in the nfl, they are putting 40 and 50 points,..how is that Not "Splash " enuff for Jerry ..?

Give me your next HC. Jerry has the masses pissed at him so does he go big, or does he go comfortable? This team needs an Alpha not a yes man.

If he gets this wrong it will set this thing back for the next 5 years.

Call your shot.
The best yes-man available

Dont be surprised if its Zimmer

Jerry has never valued coaches
He wants a yes-man coach and splash players

You will get Zimmer at coach and Parsons for splash

It’s anyone’s guess but I just hope it’s not Kellen Moore or Zimmer. That would be as depressing as the Campo and Wade Phillips hirings.

If Belichick were pure DC here...I'd love it .

But as HC...nope !
After all those SBs , NE Pat's wanted nothing else to do with him

- there will be internal conflict, per his ego/ personality
- he'd want player personnel control and say so
- he's age 73 or 74..
- he won't do jack for this miserable offense and if he couldn't get along with is QBs ala GOAT tom brady and Matt Jones, does dak have a chance?
- his picks of OC in last years have been hideous
- go with the young innovative scheming HC as todays NFL trend and have years to grow on ...

I don’t think Moore is horrible.

He knows how to get success from Dak and how to win here.

Def not my #1 pick but they can do worse

Scary as jerry in his own eyes and mind could envision boy wonder 2.0 kellen Moore asthe next McVey, lefluer, Ben Johnson, etc...and this is someone that Jerry personally knows..and can control...

Jerry would love to have his cake ..and eat it too..

He would just be another Jerry Jones puppet. Besides fans couldn’t wait to get rid of Moore as the OC. It would be a very predictable hire and he’ll be gone before or after his contract is up. It wouldn’t be a hire that would generate any excitement. It would be a typical Jerry Jones move.

Yes, We could be at it worse than kellen

- But keep in mind in what was it that force this team to move on without kellen..?

- KM could not make in game adjustments..he could not counter scheme opponents, he could adjust to zone scheme, he could not scheme the RBs in either run or pass game that would've greatly helped dak in the underneath game ..
- the Vic Fangio types could snuff him down and out helplessly and easily..

- Kellen does not evolve nor adjust his offense accordingly...and there are decisions where he'll mysteriously abandon the run ,stop using what did work, in/at early or critical times of a game.

And is kellen a leader of men, or just a X and O guy..??

Count the plus vs minuses with kellen

Kellen Moore or Bill because of past association between them. But who knows Bill as HC and Kellen comes back as OC and assistant HC with Bill hiring his former player Mike Vrabel to run the defense. McDaniel is a easy pass as OC.
