That solves that problem. Now Garrett can be a HC first, last, and always.
Good job all the way around. Guess Spags wasn't the best fit for Garrett to have in the house after all.

Not likely. It is just what it says it is. He will likely be calling plays and Garrett, as the HC always does, has the righto veto the call at any time. Just like it always is, just like when Garrett was the OC.
HC and OC decide best approach to the game, OC develops the game plan, runs it by the HC, and the HC allows the OC t do his job. Trust, is a big thing and if Garrett feels the play calling is ever getting one-sided, he will let the OC know.
