Calm Down!

Only thing worse than a loss is some clueless homer swinging by telling everyone to shut up. Which is what you pretty much do weekly now.

According to you, everyone on a discussion forum cant talk? LOL

You are good for what exactly? Waving your pom poms and telling everyone else to shut up?
There's the Roy we all love....I've missed you....

Yes, discussing is good. Dissecting the loss is good. I'm just being a source o reason here to say the season isn't dead because o a loss. Or were we supposed to go 17-0?

Who said the season is dead? Who said we are supposed to go 17-0? Do you drive around in a clown car?

Im actually not worried about the loss in the least. I laughed myself through the game today. It was just one of those weeks. And it was coming at some point. Im actually happy it happened now. Cowboys got a wake up call.

Exactly, and some during the match pointed out that the team got blown apart by the Eagles in 92 (the year I was born). At least this lesson came against the Broncos and not the Eagles! My goodness!
Exactly the 95 season we won the super bowl under switzer, we got hammered by SF 38-20 at home and WFT beat us twice

It happens, let's see how we respond.

Next week is key.
Will this young team learn and not think they will win by just showing up???

I expect them to be more focused. They had their minds this game on something other than the game and got embarrassed. Maybe now they'll stop overlooking teams. As stated in another thread, at least we lost to a worthy opponent. The Bills can't say that today.

Here’s the deal. This team has underperformed for 25 years. They have broken hearts time and again. They have missed the playoffs because of 1 bad loss many times. They have been a poor home team. The organization has been soft.
People have a right to be pissed. This was a bad loss at home to an inferior team. Beating up on people because they are mad isn’t fair. This organization deserves the doubt.

All that said I think this loss is for the best. Dallas needs a wake up. They got it. This is still a good team and I expect a bounce back next week.

Who is panicking? What are you talking about?

Look at some other threads. Some are saying threads like "This team is showing who they really are". To me, that's not exactly the right way to take this game. Maybe it's not panicking, but it seems to me that it may be an overreaction at a minimum. Thus, I thought this thread could be a way to look at a bigger picture.

Sure, but why even pay attention to some troll like that? I didnt even read that drivel.

Young players can get overconfident

Oh trust me, I'm aware. I haven't seen us in the conference championship game. I don't know success with this team. I'm not saying don't dissect the game or pick the many reasons we lost. I'm just saying that a measured approach and calming down a bit might be good.
