Anybody that would go out in pubic dressed like that deserves to be talked about in a negative way.

The problem with being an arrogant *** when you win is that people are going to enjoy it all the more when you cause your team to lose on the biggest stage in sports.

I really enjoyed watching Cam's standing still all night instead of hisTD dance. What happened to his swag ?

I don't really care. I used to, but then I encountered many NFL players and found out something I could not deny...

...most of them thoroughly enjoy it when a teammate celebrates like that.

It's a hard fact that many fans don't want to accept. But, that's how a lot of players view it.

I just don't care for the following:

1. getting up into an opponents grill and celebrating to the point of grandiose taunting.

2. Overly pre-planned stuff (i.e. Joe Horn celebration)

3. Celebrating when you're down by so much where you're not going to win the game. You haven't earned the right to celebrate.

4. Overdoing it too often (i.e. the Giants doing the jump shot celebration after holding the RB to a 2-yard gain).

Other than that, I just don't care. I'd rather have people expressing themselves than not expressing themselves. If you don't like it, do what the Broncos did...stop it from happening.

Talking about Cam Newton.

We all know that he is a showboating, arrogant individual on the field when things are going well.

And I just find it funny/ridiculous how polar opposite his demeanor and attitude is when he doesn't do well or when he loses. Watching his reactions and behavior during the post game press conference where he basically ignores every question being asked of him -- it's just classless and childish.

I feel like if he wants to be so flashy and have such a "look at me" attitude during the good times, he better learn how to be more gracious and humble during the bad times. Cool, he's upset that he lost. That's no excuse to act the way he did. Definitely needs to mature.

Everyone lets Belichick get away with it and I don't hear all this character stuff.

But if he wants to be the next Peyton he has to play ball.

He acts like a spoiled brat when he loses......he is immature and unprofessional. Of course, I don't blame him too much for his behavior.....It sure is hard to digest all that crow and display an appropriate demeanor......When your mouth and swagger rights checks that your game cannot ultimately cash....this is what happens.

as far as Belichick, he acts the same win or lose. He is boring, evasive, and monotone.

Then he showed his true colors by waking out of the post-game press conference .
This is dumb. I knew he would get blasted for not conducting the predictable loser press conference everyone wants. I would rather have athletes be themselves and be pissed and hurt that they lost instead of giving forced praise to the other team because YOU think that's good sportsmanship.

He should have gotten up there and said what he really wanted to like, "I can't believe we lost, we are the better team and we made some critical mistakes and allowed them to win."

Bad thread. You just wanted to take a shot a Cam. The vast majority of of players are excited, dancing and turnt up during successes, and dejected during failures. Heck this is probably true in life in general.

Being pissed and hurt after a Super Bowl loss is understandable, but walking away from the press like he did shows he lacks the maturity he should have at his age. The media has a job to do and part of the job he has signed up for is to sit there with humility and answer their questions. He can dish it out but he can't take it. The MVP is a phony.

Not a bad thread, but you don't have to like it. Pointing out Cam's weak points is no less trivial than pointing out his strong points. He's good at winning but he sucks at losing. Humility is a hard lesson to learn, doing so on the big stage in front of thousands, even harder. In the long run it will be good for him to experience this kind of loss. He obviously needs to mature. Cam will be okay and he will be back next year better than ever... watch and see.

He lost the game between the ears.
Denver got to him the same way they rattled Brady.
Hats to th Defense and the game Wade called.
This should stop all the face of the NFL talk.

If you're going to be a prima donna when you're winning you could at least be gracious in defeat.

What a satisfying loss.
