I didn’t look it up… but if memory serves, I do think that Hurts is the only one of those guys that lost his superbowl.

Hurts would have probably rather won it than have more wide open easy passes than his contemporaries. He is also the only one there that completely dropped the ball without being touched… and then kicked it towards his own end zone so it was easier for the LB to score.

You should have watched the game.
We all did; Hurts was nothing special. Philly, was nothing special. They lost and Philly fans, as well as Philly sympathizers, could not be found for a few days.

The Dallas Cowboys Don't give a rats Patootie what ya'll think for real. Any player that does should be cut immediately.
I'm not sure what that meant but it had nothing to do with what I posted.....

I'm talking about the fan base.

I'm talking about here, I'm talking about all over social media, I don't know what you mean about the team or the players...

I'm talking about you I'm talking about everyone here, all over social media, they oversaturate the Dallas Cowboys storys everywhere,
they are the biggest draw, the biggest clickbait, and they always will that's my point the negative stories are way out of line with the average posts because they know it gets clicks..
I'm not sure where you thought you were posting but that is definitely not a response to my thoughts I'm talking about just the way the media and social media over covers the Cowboys and they hinge on every snap and yet you don't see it from the other teams...
you're not seeing every damn throw and every damn interception from the other quarterbacks around the league which by the way they're throwing all training camp, there's injuries all over as well, there are holdouts all over as well, and yet what are we here we just see social media all over the Cowboys.

He played the greatest game in the history of the Super Bowl..He didn't lose it the defense did.
That's not true at all he fumbled the football remember I mean if quarterback makes the negative play that leads to a score he contributed to the loss he didn't score enough points I mean isn't that the goal the offense has to outscore the other teams offense... Where is Prescott getting all this excuses and by the way reading all these posts I'm starting to think that you're a eagle fan must be if you think jalen hurts is better then why is his first two seasons in the league even his own team and fans thought maybe he wasn't gonna be the guy until they spent about $100 million on offense alone to try to make him better giving him the best line the best receivers and design the offense to make sure it covered up any flaws he had which is great by the Eagles but let's stop the nonsense his first two seasons we're lackluster he was kyler Murray at best...

Now all of a sudden you want to compare 2022 Prescott after he got all his weapons taken away, while hurts got a bunch added to it ??

I mean do we wanna sweep that under the carpet the fact that we lost amari Cooper ,Cedric Wilson ,Connor Williams, Lyle Collins ,jarwin ,Turner now this year they move on from shultz.. So the Cowboys made drastic changes to their offense and not in a good way and yet somehow Prescott survived and was able to have our offense humming after he came back from broken thumb , you know dropping 40 points on that Eagles team who by the way that's the most points that defense gave up all yea.r he literally carved up that defense you know what it did that showed Mahome he could do the same thing all that talent they couldn't stop a cold.. I find it suspect that somehow the Eagles are proud to have beat the giants in a very severely injured 49er team but then couldn't get it done against the better team. One of the easiest path to the Super bowl ever for a team and they earned it they got the first place they got to bye.. That all this puffing for the Eagles and I'm not that impressed yes they are a good team yes they should be respected but I think you're overrating jalen hurts because of the team concept they went all in spend a ton of money picked up a lot of players and they didn't even win the Super bowl, Nick Foles did though..

So let's go back to Prescott's rookie year when he had a very good team around him his defense failed him in the playoffs nobody gives that excuse to Prescott they just say he can't get it done same thing that happened to 2018 in the Rams game they give up 276 yards rushing that was mostly because of the defense killed the time of possession but you still look at Prescott's rookie year was every bit as good as Hurts last year. so it took Hurts three years to do something Prescott did as a fourth round pick in his rookie year. hmm right, let's call it even and be done with it.

You have no evidence other than the fact that the team was more loaded for the Eagles last year they had more talent around their quarterback, so they went further in the playoffs that's it but if you just talking about Super Bowls and Nick Foles is better than Jalen hurts..

I mean isn't that how it works I mean it's Super Bowls or how you judge a quarterback then there's a lot of quarterbacks out there that were better than Jalen hurts.

Everybody forget about 2022 Dak!

LOL.. notice how Dak’s biggest fan says “only a couple”.

it’s the Dakazoids that were talking about Dak lighting it up in training camp, playing at a faster rhythm, throwing darts because of thr WCO first. As soon as you point out he’s chucking 4 INTs in a day, suddenly “we need to stop reporting on training camp, as all teams do it”.

Anybody that thinks Hurts didn’t play well in the SB is a buffoon. That doesn’t mean he isn’t over-rated and yet he’s already more accomplished that our “elite” 8 year QB. If anything, the eagles got a lot of well-times whistles against the 49ers, who, despite it, were playing without a QB.

At least Rayne is doing better than Jimmy G which is a huge benchmark......seriously though , its just the internet and its dependents doing what they do.

In fact, Hurts could have just as equally been awarded the SB MVP for his performance. He played an excellent game with the exception of 1 mistake

Having said that, we all better pray he regresses this season

Good post, it doesnt mean the QB will throw that same ball in games. Its practice for a reason and a lot of times you play things different.

1) It could be to see how the receiver adjusts to the ball and give them an opportunity.

2) See how the defense plays it

3) Maybe the QB was trying a slightly different technique, grip, or throwing motion.

4) Maybe it is a bad throw the QB learns from it and moves forward.

Now the kicking competition I view differently :).
