Too conservative? Where have you been the past 27 years? Lol I’m sure you were around last season watching the rug get pulled right out from under us in the playoffs. I understand that this team has a tendency to sputter out in December and January and fold in the playoffs. Apparently you haven’t seen the light.

Yes indeed that game really was deflating, but I'm not comparing this team to that team, its radically improved since then.

Our pass rush is radically improved from last season, but our run defense is still an issue. Overall our defense is better than last year, but our offense still isn’t as good as it was last season. Our season will come down to how we’re playing in December and January. I refuse to get carried away with this team, we still have nine games left. We’re one loss away from battling for a wildcard birth.

Our offense had a great game last week for the first time all season but it’s still a long way from the offense we had last season that led the league in points and yards. We’ll see if it continues to improve or what we saw last Sunday was an aberration. It’s obvious the Cowboys are concerned about their offense orthey wouldn’t have attempted to trade for a WR.

This team will go as far as Dak can take them, the defense has already shown that they are down and ready to roll, and playoff worthy.
If Dak answers the call, I think he can, and starts to finally grasp the game, this team has no limitations with an offense hitting on all cylinders with this defense.

It’s going to take more than Dak. The only way the defense is going to make a stand in the playoffs is to improve the run defense. That’s been the teams downfall. When we crawled back against Philly, they proceeded to go on an 11 play drive running the football right down our throat, which led to their final TD. They imposed their will on us, doing what championship teams do. We continue not to be able to make stops in critical situations in big games. We’ll see if that changes as the season goes on.
